"I rented this condo for a snowboarding trip. It was perfectly located, secured but easy to enter with the host’s instructions, the host was a great communicator and I was able to check in a little early. The location is safe and near all the downtown fun, restaurants and more! Additionally, the condo has all the amenities needed for a quick or long stay. "

"The house was great. Looked just like in the photos. Was comfortable but chilly with the blower working, especially downstairs. Finally figured out how to turn the blower off. I did not bother the host or probably would have been warmer sooner. The house features some lights that turn on automatically which was a little unsettling to come back and find lights on in bedrooms. The only negative I have is that I heard noises on several occasions that made it sound like someone was in the house....

"Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Great amenities and close to the University of Utah. Easy access to the freeway and all sites around. Only complaint is the neighbors upstairs and the constant movement & noise most of the night. If you are a very light sleeper, this may not be the best place for you.
