"O hotel é muito grande e não há indicações de onde ficam os quartos. Muito mal sinalizado. O bar/restaurante tem péssimo atendimento. Demoram para atender e demoram para servir. As atendentes na Recepção encontram-se muito abaixo do padrão do hotel. Muito confusas. Fico imaginando como o turista que mal fala a língua inglesa deve sofrer para fazê-las entender se acaso surja algum problema que deve ser solucionado. Muito frustrante... "What an amazing place! It's even better than is shown in the photos. It's such an incredibly peaceful and relaxing setting.
