"Heaven and Earth Kastraki was a great location for visiting Meteora. We took about an hour to hike to Sunset Rock the evening we arrived. We took a morning tour the next day and were the last to be picked up and first off afterward. Restaurant at the end of the street was very good. Our room was really nice, with a jacuzzi tub although no shower. Self check-in was easy. Finding the place was a bit tricky but we eventually figured it out using the map they sent in advance. "Incredible location. Everything was fine specially the owner lady who wqs very welcoming and made great greek cake! Just a little negative was that the bath drain was full of hair which stanked water from flowing. Beside that super recommend for those who want an amazing scneery with good food and cozy place to stay when visiting Meteora. "

"Encontrar lençóis limpos em um hotel é primordial. Infelizmente, nesse hotel o que encontrei foi um lençol sujo com uma mancha. Foi decepcionante. Único ponto positivo que destaco é o café da manhã. "

"We stayed in a double bed room upstairs. The room is a little bit tiny but we could move around easily, and we had big bags! The beds and pillows are confortable and everything was spotless clean. The view of our window was amazing! Our only complaint was the bathroom which is really small speacially the shower area but that seems to be a rule in Greece. Thalia is great. She helped us with tips about the area and provided everything we needed."

"Kastraki is a great place to stay, near Meteora. The room was better than I expected from the photos and we were very pleased with the stay. Some of the staff does not speak much english as some reviews say, but give then a break, you are not in England or USA, with good will and sympathy things work out very well, and the staff was always very nice. "Good point: The owner (I think) is kind to tell me how to get a key to enter this hotel. The room is clean and modern. Around the hotel, there are a lot of shops and restaurants. I can highly recommend. Bad points: This is too much to say "bad", but the check-out process was a bit confusing. This hotel has no front-desk, but the cafe on the ground floor takes role of the front desk."
