The seaside Karlshagen is located in the north of the island of Usedom. In the village there are many shops, cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets and bakeries can be reached in about 400 m. The train station is about 1 km away.

The house consists of two apartments. The plot is about 830 m² and is located directly behind the dune forest and borders a residential area. The beach is about 15 minutes.

The property has 3 parking spaces, and a garden shed with garaging for bicycles. Both apartments are heated by underfloor heating. The three bedrooms and the bath are located upstairs. The upper floor is accessible via a staircase. The living room, the kitchen and the shower room are located on the ground floor.
