The property grounds are surrounded by large koi ponds with water falls, a lagoon pool with its own sand beach for kids to play, an infinity lap pool and multiple hot tubs. There is a beautiful outdoor bar with cable tv for enjoying cocktails and the unforgettable sunsets. This luxury oceanfront property is landscaped beautifully with flowers, plants, palm trees and natural stones. Your two bedroom luxury villa comes with top of the line appliances, including a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf Stove and wine cooler, a ROY YAMAGUCHI Signature Kitchen – created by Hawaii’s own master chef. The lanai is your own outdoor living room with spectacular views of the pacific ocean. Should you desire to grill outdoors, there are Wolf Grills and picnic tables available for your use. A Bosch washer & dryer are provided in your unit for your convenience, so feel free to pack light. You will have the choice of centralized air- conditioning or opening your lanai doors and enjoying the fresh breezes of Oahu. This stay will truly provide you a unique and relaxing experience. This villa comprises two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed, and the living room is equipped with a modular sofa that can be used as a bed.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina is located on the West side of O'ahu along two miles of Oahu's most pristine beaches in the world-class, private Ko Olina Resort vacation community. This resort community is home to the Aulani Disney Resort, the JW Marriott Ihilani Resort and Spa, the Marriott Beach Club, Ko Olina Golf Course and the Ko Olina Marina. You are located just steps from the beach and within walking distance of all of the numerous amenities offered throughout this vacation community. The Ted Robinson designed Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is home to the LPGA Lotte Championship. There are three full service spas located in Aulani, the Ihilani and the Marriott Beach Club. There are numerous fine dining options located throughout the resort community. The world-class Ko Olina Marina offers a selection of sports fishing, coastline cruises and water activities, from seasonal whale watching and dolphin sails to snorkeling among Hawaiian sea turtles and dramatic sunset cruises. The Leeward Coast of O'ahu has year-round beautiful weather and is a refuge for albatross, the Hawaiian Monk Seal, spotted eagle rays, spinner dolphins and other endangered ocean species. Car is recommended. The resort offers a shuttle within the gated resort. a signed rental agreement is required to check in. It will be sent to you per e-mail to review, sign and return prior your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.
2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.
3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.
Guest must follow all the resort House rules that will be provided upon arrival.
