Parking and Restaurants,

Garage parking stall is included with our compliments, close to elevator lobby for convenient access. Disney Aulani Resort only a 5 minute walk along the beach walk, you can enjoy character dining, restaurants, bars, and shops. Target, Costco, Safeway, and all the restaurants and shopping that Kapolei offers., are a 5 minute drive.
There are restaurants, a boutique grocery store, and the outstanding Roy's restaurant in easy walking distance from the Beach Villas.
Some of our favorites is the Monkey Pod across the street from Disney Aulani in Ko Olina station, and many shops and restaurants in KoOlina station offers a more casual fare. For a memorable sunset, reserve a table at Longboards at the Marriott beach club, the Four Seasons, or Disney Aulani. If you have children, or are a child your self, the Disney character buffets are a delight, reservations required. Just speak with our concierge for help with dining or activity reservations. The fully equipped kitchen was designed by Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi. In addition to the best quality appliances, there is cookware, dishes, glassware, and everything you need to prepare and serve. Sub Zero fridge, freezer, ice maker and wine cellar, Wolfe 5 place glass cook top, oversize oven, every small appliance needed, including blender, coffee maker, mixer, and rice cooker. Dishwashers, and plenty of utensils and provided amenities, make daily clean up quick and efficient.

This two bedroom, two full bathroom penthouse villa is 1171 square feet, when the glass wall pocket doors gently disappear, the expansive 215 square feet of the open Lanai combine to make an indoor - outdoor private sanctuary with 1,386 square feet. This is Four Times the size of the average hotel room, and far more luxurious. Intelligent vacation planners will enjoy all of this well-appointed space. Our guest report a more restful and relaxing vacation here at the Beach Villas than in the hustle and bustle in Waikiki. By all means, please visit Waikiki, it's only a short drive away, (if you avoid traffic rush hours). Perfect size for our family of 5. Easy checkin and paul the owner was accessible up to the day we arrived. He was very responsive with our questions. Our only complaint was the pull out couch. It was not usable. It had several stains and hair when we opened the sofa bed. Otherwise, we had a lovely time and would definitely rent again.

Fantastic stay

Everything was fantastic about this property. Very well maintained. Stunning views of mountain and ocean. The lanai sold me. Was amazing to be able to sit outside, yet be inside at the same time! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need with clean dishes in good shape. Ice maker was a huge plus to make drinks. Very spacious and private areas with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Would 100% recommend and we will be back!

Beautiful view and lovely condo

The condo was just as it is shown in the pics. Close to golf and restaurants. Pool and bar were great. Highly recommend the villas for any age group.

Upsetting and unsatisfactory experience

At check-in we found the property was not cleaned well. We found hairs, dust, and food crumbs in multiple places and lots of mold on the washer's gasket...all of which we ended up cleaning ourselves. Next, the carpets in both bedrooms were dirty, with dirt accumulation & stains in several areas. Next, there were maintenance issues in the bathrooms. I wish I was at least asked to delay check in, so they could get the carpets cleaned etc. I contacted the manager with videos & pictures of issues, but received NO response for the entirety of our stay. I contacted the host with a list of issues and pictures of dirty carpets. He simply refunded the cleaning fee but chose not to acknowledge or address the dirty carpets or other issues. I never got any real apology. In his last email, the host suggested that next time I should stay at "the Four Seasons because their suites are maintained at a higher standard". Denying, deflecting and making sarcastic comments, especially when faced with pic/vid evidence of problems, is not a good way to do business. Had I been made aware prior to booking, that the host doesn't have "high standards" or that the management team is irresponsible & irresponsive, I would have booked any other condo in the area. Other issues: constant noise blasted from shows at adjacent resorts every night, so you can't enjoy a quiet evening out on the lanai. Then more noise every night at 12 AM from supply trucks. The TVs are old and don't have streaming functionality.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was exactly as advertised. Great location away from the hustle of Waikiki & Honolulu but close enough to visit for dinner. Host was great as was the communication. We didn't have any issues during our stay so we didn't really have contact with the Manager except at checking. Would stay here again.

The 2 bedroom condo had great views of ocean and sunsets. The accommodations were fine, just as described. When we needed help from the property caretaker with an appliance issue, they were very attentive. The only annoyance was that at night the music from the Disney resort was loud but only until 9pm.

This condo has a wonderful balcony view of the ocean and the Aulani and Four Seasons. The host is great at communicating and is very accommodating. I would definitely book this unit again and Iā€™ve stayed at the Marriott and Four Seasons in Ko Olina.

Not What We Were Hoping For

The location is good but the rest of the experience left much to be desired. The shower was clogged & in need of repair upon arrival, painters tape holding a broken ceiling fan together, sweaty yellowing bed pillows, & an HOA gone wild with an inordinate amount of regulations & signage. We were told there was EV charging for our rental car & was told the same thing at checkin. Upon plugging the car in, we got a call from a curt woman informing us itā€™s only allowed between 10 PM-8 AM. We had to plug our car in at what felt like 2 AM to us and couldnā€™t charge it at all during the day. As the guests we paid for the charge (& were the only ones using it while we were there) so thereā€™s no reason for them to demand off-peak charging. The AC can only be set to 74 or 72 (depending on which signage you read), which isnā€™t too comfortable during warmer days, especially if running the dryer which isnā€™t outside vented so it heats up the unit. The nearby Disney resort is a constant stream of noise (delivery trucks all day and night loudly beeping as they back up, leaf blowers, kids screaming, noisy shows/luaus) and the building HOA had noisy landscaping most of the days we were there as well. Not relaxing. The pros are the location is great, the sunsets are beautiful, the host was prompt & friendly (but the on-site management negated that). The listing pic of the Four Seasons should be removed because thereā€™s no correlation other than the resort is 1/2 mile away & blocks the mountain view.

B1001 was outstanding! The view is amazing with the ocean and mountains. Sunset is stunning and worth taking pictures. Iā€™ve stayed at 8 different villas and enjoy this beach village. Iā€™m from Oahu now living in the Midwest and itā€™s perfect for family to come and visit. The lagoons are clear and safe for children. Well equipped and very clean. Would highly recommend B1001. Great location, fantastic condo with views of the ocean along the side of the balcony. Super nice pool area with reasonably priced bar, live music right off of the beach. The beach area is well maintained and snorkeling is fun near the rocks. We played golf several times at the country club style course across the street. Finally, the Host is first class.

The condo was clean and very well stocked with the necessary amenities and beach stuff. We had a great view of the beach and quick and easy access to the pool and beach. Loved our time there and would definitely go back!

We never wanted to leave

We loved our stay here so much. The property of the villas itself was meticulous and far exceeded expectations. We went in early Feb and the pools were quiet. We loved the boardwalk that ran right outside the villas along the ocean and my son ran there every day. As for the villa itself, it was as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed the boogie board, cooler and sand toys. We didnā€™t realize how amazing the coves would be for our young children and we enjoyed playing in the sand and water with no worries of under currents. One day we visited secret cove and our kids actually swam with turtles which was amazing. A couple of things I would note. I donā€™t feel the pictures of the view are completely accurate and would love to see them updated in the listing. Yes, there is a beautiful ocean view if you look to the left (and we certainly enjoyed this). But the direct view out the patio windows looks directly at Aulani. It is still a beautiful view, but I feel like the pictures didnā€™t portray it accurately. After arriving, I even went back to the listing to see if I had missed some photos - I had not. Second, at some VRBOs weā€™ve stayed at, the kitchen has been stocked with some basics - sandwich bags and food wrap, oil, tea, etc. While this unit is very well stocked in terms of appliances and tools, you will need to buy or bring everything else. Not a big deal, but something to note. Overall; would definitely recommend a 100 times over.

Great Vacation

This was one of the best vacations we have had. The location is perfect and you can walk to almost every restaurant and to the golf course. The condo was very well maintained and clean. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Must Stay!

This property is amazing. Great view, beautiful area and surroundings, and the best cove to stay on. Ko Olina is a beautiful part of the island, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Enjoy a beautiful beach walk, walk a few blocks to a few local shops and places to eat, or walk across the street to golf. Quick ride from the airport. We loved our stay so much, we extended it a few days with no issues. 10/10 would recommend this condo and part of the island again.
