In addition to this combination of a 2 bedroom – 2 bath independent villa & an adjacent 3 bedroom – 3 bath independent villa for a maximum of 14 guests. For larger groups and based on availability, we can add a 3rd 2 bedroom – 2 bath independent villa directly above OT 701, for a maximum of 20 guests with 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, 3,900 combined square feet with 3 lanais and up to 6 parking stalls. Perfect for a hard-to-find luxury resort destination that has up to 3 full kitchens with 2 pools and a fabulous fitness center with steam and saunas and an available members lounge for groups of up to 40 with a full attached kitchen for dinners or celebrations. The member’s lounge is available for guests to reserve during their stay at no additional cost other than the responsibility to return it cleaned at the end of your use.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are in the World-Famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina on the 2nd of the four lagoons. You’ll enjoy the mile and a half walkway along the four lagoons as you pass the newest 4 Seasons on Oahu, the Disney Aulani Hotel & Spa, the Marriot Ko Olina Beach Club and us, The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Home of Ko Olina Golf Course which has hosted the Lotte LPGA tournament and the Ko Olina Marina. You'll find plenty to do during your 6-night minimum stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina.
How great are the Beach Villas at Ko Olina?
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are one of the newest privately owned ocean front luxury condominiums with hotel style accommodations on Oahu. The fully equipped kitchens and furnishings complement the 1,200 to 1,600 square feet 2- and 3-bedroom models. The Beach Villas are about 25 miles from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and Honolulu. It's an easy drive anywhere on the island to explore, but we think you’ll really enjoy the peace and quiet of the Ko Olina Resort and Marina in what’s quickly becoming the premier resort on Oahu. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are 247 individually owned, luxury resort condominiums that are legally available for 6 night or longer short-term rentals. It is hard to imagine a better place for your Hawaiian Adventure to begin from.
While we realize that you have many choices for accommodations for your vacation, the value and amenities which are all included in our resort collection villa pricing are hard to beat. These include curbside greeting with luggage assistance, and personal escort and orientation of your villa. We also include snorkeling equipment (upon request), beach chairs, beach towels and an ice chest in each of our villas. As an added service and to get quick start to your vacation, we will receive and deliver an Instacart grocery delivery to your villa on your day of arrival into your villa between 2 and 4 pm so you’re ready to start your vacation as soon as you arrive (must follow specific instructions; found on our website blog).
These 2 adjacent villas are located on the 7th floor of the Ocean Tower and include Ocean Tower 701 (2 BR / 2 BA) and Ocean Tower 711 (3BR/3BA) directly off of the elevator and are 2 of only 3 villas on this elevator’s landing, adding to the sense of privacy. Each villa is independent of each other. One villa has 3 bedrooms with 3 baths that can sleep up 8 guests with a maximum occupancy of 8 (portable beds vs a sofa bed). The second villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and can sleep up to 6 guests including the sofa bed in the living room. It's perfect for groups of up to 14. (infants & toddlers under 2 at the time of arrival are excluded from the count of 14). If you're looking for up to 5 bedrooms & 5 baths with separation between the two, but 50 feet around the corner from each other, you'll love these two! These are both located on the 7th floor of the Ocean Tower with beautiful views of the lagoons and ocean over the pools and grounds. It’s a great solution for folks that want to be close to each other. Quoted prices include all of the costs (including fees and taxes) for the 2 villas.
There are large smart TVs in each of the living rooms and in each of the five bedrooms with cable and highspeed Wi-Fi internet, so you can enjoy the modern conveniences while relaxing in paradise.
When selecting your escape in Hawaii, it is all about location and these 2 villas will not disappoint you in the least. At the Beach Villas, your reservation will entitle you to access to all our property's private amenities including 2 pools, 3 spas located around the pools, BBQs around the pools and a fitness center with separated men and women showers and lockers including a steam and sauna room as well as showers with towels, soaps and shampoos. (Including a full access shower). Massage services are available through independent contractors with information at the property.
During your stay (we have a 6-night minimum stay), you'll get to know all the benefits that the Ko Olina Resort has to offer. Stop by the world class marina with plenty of fishing, diving and charter opportunities or the Ted Robinson designed Golf Course, home of the LOTTE LPGA annual tournament. Browse the shops at the Disney Aulani and the Ko Olina 4 Season's resort next door on Lagoon 1. Each of the four lagoons of Ko Olina with the protective outer reefs, are a swimming and snorkeling paradise for beginners to experts, who appreciate a calmer setting and for those with younger children or less proficient swimmers. The Beach Villas at Ko Olina also have a front desk open 24/7 with onsite staff for security and general assistance. The Property also has on-site parking, which may require a one-time $25 parking fee for more than 2 – 4 vehicles, depending on the combination. This villa has 3 stalls included without any additional fees.

A 1 1/2-mile beachfront walking/running path connects all 4 lagoons and the marina. It is safe with lighting at night and provides a wonderful walk along the lagoons with a great backdrop for those Christmas photos. Other restaurants are in the local resort and there is also a commercial center with an ABC store, shops and more restaurants.
Less than 2 miles away, the center of Kapolei has all the conveniences of a large city including restaurants and lots of shopping choices including Costco, Target, Ross, Walmart, Safeway and Foodland. Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park, Kapolei and Regis Theaters, Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Baskin Robbins, Longs Drugs and Starbucks.
DISCLAIMER: The Beach Villas at Ko Olina have vacant Hotel sites on each side of the property which have been sold and may undergo development and construction in the coming years. Traditionally, projects are announced well in advance of the start of construction and do not impact the lagoons or beaches.
