The bedrooms have lush bedding and linens with a new king maze mattress added to the 2nd bedroom, and the ultimate gourmet kitchen state of the art equipment: Sub-Zero refrigerator for perfection in freshness and wine temperature, Wolf appliances designed by chef’s with a passion, cabinets made of imported fine mahogany, from Africa, floors are made of 100% natural stone Peruvian travertine.

This condo villa is 1414 square feet of heaven wrapped with 439 sq ft of lanais with indoor and outdoor dining tables each seating 6. The interior features high quality furnishings for your enjoyment and comfort by International interior designer Philpott’s and Associates. The Master Bedroom Suite has a King bed, a full size dresser and a Master Bath with its own Jacuzzi jet tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower. The Second Bedroom has a BRAND New King size bed and a master bath with shower and tub. There is a third bathroom with a shower. With the queen sleeper sofa, this condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are 3 flat panel wall mounted TVs and a large selection of channels plus a DVD player. There is a safe in the condo.

There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

Special Amenities: beach chairs and a cooler. For families with children: a pack n play (guests bring the pack n play bedding).

The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.

As Good As Advertised
We’d had dinner at the Oasis 6 years ago and promised we would stay at the Waipouli next time, and it was everything we hoped it would be. Fantastic unit, location, and amenities. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Perfect Family Vacation
My husband and I brought our four children and their spouses, and six grandchildren. We had four units, and several mornings, two of our grandchildren (who were staying on the second level of G building), would appear at the patio door to visit with us and two other grandchildren who were staying in our unit. We did not plan that, because we didn’t know the setup of the unit. It was an unexpected plus for us. We loved every minute of our stay. Awesome unit, perfect location!
Probably the best unit in the entire complex. Spacious and well equipped with beach gear. Kitchen had everything you could imagine needing. Keyless entry was so easy. Parking wasn’t an issue. Location on Kauai is central and across the street from grocery store and other shops. The pool is very nice but no pool service. Beach can get a bit windy but that’s Kapaa. We hope to return to this exact unit soon.

Condo was in the most convenient location and well positioned in the resort. The amenities in the condo and on the resort were perfect. Definitely would stay here again should we return to Kauai.

Definitely Recommend Staying here esp if you have Kids
We had a wonderful stay at Candace’s condo. It was well equipment and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful with the beach right across. The resort property is amazing, especially the pool with slides which was a great hit with our toddler. Location is central, not too far from both north and south shore of Kauai. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a perfect stay on the island.

Perfect Kauai location
The kitchen was fully stocked and that was very important for our group of 6 as it isn’t cheap eating out all the time. The wrap around lanai was amazing versus being up any other floors that had a locked in lanai as this unit is on the first floor you can literally walk out to the manicured property straight to the beach. The beach area has a lot of coral and reef so water shoes was a must for us but there were plenty of beaches nearby that were all sand and less reef. The convenience of Safeway, Starbucks, ABC store and some restaurants across the street were great too. We enjoyed the Kauai ATV trip while visiting and highly recommend that as well. Thank you for the wonderful stay 😁

Place was plenty big and had tons of room. Could not have asked for better room location to pool while just being far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. Great location- we were happy we stayed on this side of the island!

Beautiful place
This condo was well stocked!!! We were honestly shocked by everything. There were 5 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, 3 beach umbrellas. That was amazing when staying with a family of 6. It was an amazing view of the water. The beach right outside the condo had sandy beach. The pool was amazing. Though my teenagers would have rather had a pool with space to swim instead of walking around. It’s perfect for younger kids. The location on the island is close to many things including food shopping. The area it was in was a bit more run dow outside the condo than other areas of the island like PoiPu which isn’t run down at all. Just to be clear the condo/resort is not run down at all. If you are looking for a beautiful resort on the water that is centrally located this is the place for you.

We absolutely loved the place. It not only had basic supplies and equipment to cook with it also had beach equipment and games for people to use during the week. The resort was right on the water and the unit had an ocean view as well as a grassy areas to enjoy. A much better way to travel than a fancy hotel.

Perfect condo for 4 adults and a week in Kauai
Must be the best condo at the resort -- plenty of space, super clean, a well appointed kitchen, terrific view, lovely private lanai, located on the ground floor with easy access to both the beach and the pool, but at the end of the outer building so very quiet and private Candace and her team at Kauai Calls were super helpful and responsive to all questions. Thank you Candace! A Safeway, Waipouli Shave Ice, Kenji Burger, and Oasis at the Beach are all a short walking distance; restaurants and shops in Kapaa are a slightly longer walk away. Made eating or out very convenient. Highly recommend this condo and this resort.

We are a family of 5 with 3 kids/teens. This is a beautiful end unit condo. It has amazing views and is very spacious and updated. The best part though, it came with many coolers, boogie boards, a wagon and 4 beach chairs for our use. This was. a game changer. We kept them In our rentals trunk as we beach hopped. The kitchen is also extremely well stocked. Everything you need was already there. This was a beautiful unit and Waipouli Resort is a fabulous centralized location to explore the entire island. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Hawaiian Vacation stay
The property is absolutely beautiful and just steps away from the ocean. The photos truly represented what property G101 was advertised as. Candace was very informative on each and every email that we received to adequately prepare us for arrival to the island and best steps to take in light of Covid rules and regulations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to rent it. It is truly a home away from home with all of the amenities that we were looking for.

Wonderful family vacation
I was a bit hesitant to rent a timeshare in Kauai because there are so many options but this rental exceeded my expectations. Oceanfront condo with tons of space, 3 bathrooms, private tropical lanai and a green expanse ideal for roaming toddlers or a quiet respite. I highly recommend this unit, it’s on the corner.

This room was in the perfect location.
We stayed with a larger group who had 4 other rooms. Our room the location of G101 was by far the greatest of the bunch maybe the resort. Huge patio that led to grass privacy bushes outdoor dining just footsteps from the beach. A very pleasant stay.
