Awesome room and property.
First floor room was perfect! No waiting for an elevator, walk right out of your patio to the pool and very short distance to the beach. Looking at the property map, I thought it would be a hike to the beach but not at all; this room absolutely made our trip perfect (and I don’t give compliments easily). Check in was easy, parking was ample, plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The 2 master bedrooms with private baths was perfect for our 2 couples.

Room was exactly what was described. 24hr grocery store right across the street. Pool was amazing. Great gym. Beach was beautiful. Not a lot of places say this but they do have streaming services which was a plus! We will be staying here again next time we're here

Perfect Family Stay
Great ground floor unit with patio opens to grassy area. Walk out patio to pool, gym and beach. Unit is a great size with full kitchen, nice size living room, bedroom’s and bathrooms. Close to grocery store, restaurants and airport. Perfect location In between Princeville and Poipu allows easy access to the island. Would definitely stay again! Management very easy to deal with and responsive.

Very nice property. Overall great stay with a few recommendations to improve on. The cleaning could have been a little more detailed. And the coffee table was a bit of an issue when using the sofa bed. We would have liked a full length mirror, and more lighting. We had great time and will definitely be back to this area of Kauai.

Simply Wonderful
My husband and I stayed in this condo with my sister and brother-in-law. The condo was the perfect setup. It even had a 3rd bathroom, should there have been kids or others sleeping on the sofa bed (which we did not have). One night when we were all getting ready at the same time, it provided us some room to spread out. Property was everything we needed. Highlights were the pool area, the beach, and the RESTAURANT (Oasis). Plus, the workout facility was totally sufficient (small, but had everything you needed). Do not discount the restaurant because it's behind the condo complex. It is really spectacular with a great chef doing farm-to-table. They have their own fisherman who brings in the "catch of the day". On Wednesdays, there is a happy hour with two guys (one on Eukulele). We found the location super easy to go north of the island or around to the west. And... there is a Safeway across the street. Easy peasy. You feel like you're in a resort, without being in a resort community (e.g., Poipu). Would definitely recommend this condo.

Highlight of our trip!
We had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort with our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The kids loved the pool area with the lazy river and waterslides. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Already planning our next trip to stay again!

This property was amazing. The location was at the back of the resort and very quiet. The accommodations and kitchen were perfect. I want to bring my family back. We were centrally located so we could get to all locations we wanted to see without going too far.

Beautiful condos in ideal location
We stayed in a ground floor unit with easy access to the pool. The unit was very spacious for two couples. The kitchen was large everything you need if you want to cook. The bed was very comfortable and bathrooms are huge. The air-conditioner worked really well which helps with sleeping. I would definitely stay here again the pool is huge with 2 waterslides and 3 hot tubs. Manager of the property was easy to contact and very nice

A vacation in paradise
Our family, 4 adults and 2 kids, absolutely loved our vacation at Waipouli resort! The condo was even more beautiful than on pictures, very spacious. The pool was a huge hit with our kids. Oasis restaurant is very nice and popular, reservations are needed. The sunrise on the beach is unparalleled. The beach in front of the property is nice but water shows are required. We can't wait to be back.

Luxury Condo with Beach
We absolutely loved the furnishings. Kitchen has upgraded appliances and quality dishes, pans, silverware. We were able to make breakfast and dinner easily plus had plenty of space in the refrigerator to store leftovers and water. The beds were comfortable and the living room is set up nicely so you can enjoy a relaxing evening. Pool is fun with a slide and the beach is just beyond the pool which looks amazing. It’s not really a swimming beach but you can lay out there and just enjoy the sounds of the ocean. We would come back for sure.

We were so very happy with the condo and the property. We were comfy and relaxed in the condo. It had everything we needed plus so much more. The property was stunning. We spent all of our down time at the pool, we even had a few meals there. At night we walked the property and sat and watched the ocean. Thank you so very much. We will definitely be back again.
