This Newly Decorated ground-floor, Garden View is a one bedroom, two bath Condominium located just steps to the white sand beach and two acre "Fantasy Pool" at the First Class Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa on Kauai. King mattress and sofa sleeper: Queen-size sleeper with a 5" memory foam gel infused mattress. There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

We loved this condo! It is now our favorite after staying in several condos at this resort over the past several years. We loved the beautiful decor, and the comfortable new sofa sleeper, the large screen TV, and everything new in the kitchen. The condo was very clean! Having beach chairs and a cooler in the condo was great. The property management company was professional and friendly and the communication was excellent. We will definitely stay at this condo again!

Love Waipouli Resort and Kapa’a
This is my favorite place to be on the island. G103 is cozy and well-equipped. All that I needed. Not really “Garden view” more like some nice plantings between very small lanai and parking lot, but easy walk to all sorts of beauty just beyond the hallway.

Beautiful First Floor Condo!
We truly enjoyed our one week stay at this condo. Everything was clean, communication was great via texts when we needed extra blankets. We enjoyed the sliding door which took us right out to the parking lot to access our car. Bringing in grocery was easy. My only complaint is the shower water pressure was very low, but we managed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from dishes, knives, grater, and rags. Just bring in your own grocery. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great place in paradise
We loved our stay!! The place provided all that we needed from beautiful kitchen, privacy and wonderful amenities. We loved to come home after a day of adventure to the on site pool and jacuzzi. The central location on the island made for perfect day treks to all parts of the island.

Honeymoon of a lifetime
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely lovely. The place was beautiful, and the pool and beach access were phenomenal. The location is perfectly centered on the island making it 45 minutes either way to the South or North shore. The restaurant on site (Oasis on the beach) was the best place we ate the whole trip. Across the street was Waileau which had bomb shaved ice! Our flight was delayed and we arrived late but contacted the host and they were so responsive and understanding. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Vacation Stay
Great, convenient location to the beach, grocery store, pool, and local shopping. The property was laid out great for our family and provided a great space for our weeks long vacation. The property manager always responded quickly if we had a question about our stay. Would definitely stay at the property again!

Amazing!!!!
We were just here in December but a different unit same management. We loved this unit just as much! Beautiful and clean! Has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The grounds are gorgeous! We love the gym and how it’s so close to markets etc. The pool looks beautiful but we have only used the Jacuzzis at night because we never get out of the ocean during the day! We also love the central location and the lovely town of Kapaa!

Love this place
We loved our stay at Candace’s place. The room was exactly as described and pictured. We had our little one with us traveling for the first time and she was able to provide me with a pac n play for him to make everyone’s stay comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The location and the pool were both 5 stars. Kapaa is a great town to use as base camp to explore Kauai and it has many charms of its own. The unit had a few quirks like a bathroom door that wouldn't latch and soap dispenser that wouldn't work, but overall it was a fantastic accommodation. We would stay again.

Wonderful Kauai!
The Waipouli Resort is an excellent property. Wonderful pool, location is central to all the Kauai sites. This condo was good for three people, and our teen enjoyed it too! Has lots of amenities! Ice chest, beach chairs, boogie boards, air mattress. Only a few downsides. NO KNOCKING ANYONE. The unit is ground floor facing the main parking lot, so people can see in. Yep, close the blinds...but Id rather see the sky and trees. There is a huge tub in the primary bedrm, that im sure isnt used much, that I wished was a second shower. Lastly, the interior doors didnt close/lock, not a huge problem but something that could be fixed. Kapaa is very close and many food options!

Last minute trip
We booked this resort one day before leaving. The resort was 10-15 minutes from the airport. Check-in was a breeze - we were given a door code and walked right into the room. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms (please note the door from the bathroom to master room didn’t lock but can be fixed). I love having a washer and dryer. We mostly used the pool and hot tub at night. The pool area was clean and recliners were always available. Make sure you pick up your towels before 6:00pm. It wasn’t technically a lazy river since tubes are not allowed, but I asked Candace before going so it wasn’t a surprise that we couldn’t use a tube. Still a nice pool. I liked that it was not crowded. The location is close to grocery stores and not too far from the downtown area of Kapaa. We aren’t strong swimmers so we did have to drive north (Hanalei) or south (Popui) for swimmable beaches, although Lydgate park is close by and swimmable. Even though the beach is not swimmable, there are beach recliners to relax and listen to the waves or walk along the beach. A few reviews mentioned a musty smell in the room, but I considered it a nostalgic scent of islands where many hotel rooms and even homes have this from the tropical moisture. I wouldn’t consider it to be an offensive smell at all. We really enjoyed our last minute trip and would stay at this resort again.

Good stay
As always the overall property is well kept. You have everything at your fingertips. Pictures are exactly what you get. Overall the unit is clean. But When we entered the unit there was an over powering smell of mold/mildew. We went and bought an air freshener to help with the smell while we were there. Before checkout we had an issue with an overzealous cleaning crew…. I emailed the property manager when we left about the smell and cleaning crew and she quickly called (which I didn’t expect). She was incredibly nice and made sure they were addressing the issue asap.

Incredibly Clean/Great Location
The unit was incredibly clean, but had a HUGE musty odor. We purchased a candle and had it burning whenever we were in the condo. It helped tremendously. The unit itself, was lacking some cooking items - Pyrex mixing cups, blender, rice cooker. Great location!

Good bang for your buck
As mentioned in the other reviews, there is a noticeable chemical smell when you enter the unit. Location is great but if you plan to cook at all, you’ll need to buy everything because they only provide salt and pepper. It was cheaper than getting a nice hotel and since we were out 99% of the day, it was a good deal for us.

Thanks for the great memories.
My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Very clean and incredibly well stocked. Everything needed for a very relaxing stay on the Garden Isle. Our unit was very spacious with lots of draw and cabinet and closet space. The chest of drawers are even cedar lined. Shopping is convenient just across the street. The walls must be very well insulated as we never heard any noise from our neighbors. More than adequate free parking on site. Nice spots on the beach - no crowding. We even saw monk seals - a rare site watching them kiss each other. There's a wonderful steak house next door - the Bull Shed. My wife and I both highly recommend the Waipouli Beach Resort.

Great unit
We had a fabulous time in the unit. When we checked in we noticed a smell and the property management worked with housekeeping and when we returned the problem had been resolved. Love having the washer and dryer in the unit.
