★Hidden in the center of Roanoke Park, this place is in a truly unique location. Only Locals know of this park nestled into the center of the city. The park has amazing walking paths through rolling hills, volley ball courts, tennis courts, a community center, fantastic playgrounds, and its surrounded by homes with exquisite architecture.
★Homes around the park are of grand design and near a century old. Many have been creatively built onto the surrounding hills and bluffs.
★Some of the historic brick roads still run throughout the neighborhood.
★Soak in the comfort of old trees forming archways over the roads and walkways.

We're not liable for any issue or missing deliveries and we do not cater or store any packages for our guests.
Do not disrespect Neighbors.
Please follow check-in and out instructions.
Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this.
Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).
No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. Any overnight visitors not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).
No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.
All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.

★★If you accept a refund, whether it be a partial or full refund, you willingly forfeit your right to leave a review. If we fail service, you don’t get to leave a bad review and receive a refund, you get to choose one or the other, not both. ★★Any reservations 21 days or more shall have a mandatory complimentary bi-weekly cleaning.★★
★★If cleaners found damages in the property or in any of our appliances/furniture during the bi-weekly cleaning, you are liable to pay for the damages to continue the reservation, otherwise, we may ask you to leave without any refund★★
