The master bedroom features a king size bed, Smart TV and opens to a large bathroom with breathtaking tile! The third floor features a separate lounge area including two futons that fold down to sleep one each. This space also includes a large Smart TV, gaming console, arcade game and board games! This is the perfect spot to send the youngins to hang out or escape for some fun yourself!

There are two full bathrooms and a half bath. The half bath is located on the main level as you come through the back door. The other two bathrooms are on the second level, one bathroom does have a shower/tub combo while the other bathroom is a large shower only. Both full bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee per pet per stay or $100 for two pets, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced backyard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
