Our door had to be slammed HARD to make it latch. The toilet seat was loose. The tv wasnt connected correctly so we had to switch around inputs. The pool is teeeny tiny. So is the parking lot. They really over do it on the fragrance in the lobby. I mean if you have asthma or allergies you will struggle bad. Really bad.
The staff was super nice and helpful. The maintenance guy went out of his way to help us when he saw we were struggling with our door. That was totally unexpected, but appreciated. Its super close to Worlds of Fun and just off the highway. The continental breakfast was pretty good. My kids wanted to check things out with a blacklight. (I was terrified about what might be found. Haha) Both rooms passed the test. I was surprised to find only 1 spot on a wall. Pillows were soft and comfy. AC was morgue cold, the way i like. Had a little coffee maker and fridge.
Overall, if the door wasnt so unsafe feeling i would give a better rating, but it made the night a little scary. Plus the overwhelming smell in the lobby was unbearable.
