"Paul was very attentive and prompt in our communications. Everything was spelled out in the agreement and everything from booking to departing went smoothly. The house is located about a 5 minute drive to great restaurants and small quaint town nearby. Everyone had a great time and the house was great for our gathering. First thing we noticed was the extremely large dining table which was great for all our purposes. Located amongst the corn & alfalfa fields in a very quiet but beautiful area....

"The view was fabulous, as was the outdoor living space. The property is not well suited for 2 couples with one bath upstairs with bedrooms and the other bath on the main level. The kitchen was great, well stocked but the sink was pretty disgusting. Nothing that a little Soft Scrub with bleach or Mr Eraser wouldn’t take care of. All in all a nice property, just better suited for a family with kids. "

We’ve stayed in the past, and love the updates the new owners made (like AC in the bedrooms!). Lake entry is perfect for children. Well situated within a short drive to grocery and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your property with us."

"The stay was very amazing. No one bothered us and it was quiet even for having a few wineries and such very close by. As for the owners they were there if we needed them and responded in good time if there were any questions. Terrific place to relax for a few days. Not a big drive to any store or restaurant. Wonderful views no matter what you do or where you go"

"We loved our stay at Naberly! The house is more lovely than the photos. It was perhaps the most relaxing home rental we have ever had. The farmhouse chic decor of black and white makes the fantastic views of Keuka Lake the focal point of every room except perhaps the bunk room. The bathrooms are spa-like and the laundry is state of the art. The kitchen has high-end GE cafe appliances that we enjoyed using and it is well stocked with everything needed to cook. Most restaurants were not open...

"This house worked well for my family, sister-in-law and 2 of my kids’ friends. The back yard had a lot of mosquitos so we didn’t spend as much time out there as we had planned, but we still had a great time. The host was very responsive. "

"The cottage was clean, well stocked. the views were fantastic. The only issue we had no one cleaned the walk and I slipped and almost fell on the ice. My husband tried to chip the ice with his shoes, there was no shovel on ice melt to use. Otherwise the cottage is a wonderful place to stay."

"My husband and I enjoyed our 3 night visit to Grouse Haven. It was extremely peaceful and relaxing. The surrounding area was beautiful and we enjoyed walking in the snow covered woods on the property. We enjoyed our time at Grouse Haven so much that we hated to leave. Phyllis was a delight to get to know and was very helpful to us. We can’t wait to make a return visit to this lovely property."

"Beautiful view. Hard to overstate how gorgeous it is. Host provides a lot of helpful mod-cons that we didn't expect. Only major issue is ticks! If you bring a pet, do not let it stray from stone driveways and make sure it's up to date on preventive meds. Our (always leashed) dog must have brushed some high grass on walking trails on property and had more ticks on her than I have ever seen at once. "
