"Place was extremely clean and we loved the peacefulness of the area. Our dog loved the river across the street. It was so easy to drive to North Conway, and many of the mountains in the area for hiking. I would highly recommend this place and we hope to return."

We came as a group of friends, and our main goal was to spend quality time together. The game room was a huge plus – we used it a lot, and it made the experience even better. "Great location, perfect setup for our family of 4. Everything we needed, redone and really pretty decor. Only downside which I totally was OK with but a bit disappointing was it appeared that we were the first people to be in the house in awhile. Spiderwebs in my face walking thru every doorway, spiders in the bathtub, webs all over the place. But other than the additional house guests which saw their fate, the house was super clean and comfy!"

"The treehouse was perfect for a silent retreat: not far from the road yet secluded, private, and a beautiful natural setting. As others have said, it is close to the road so cars are occasionally audible--but the sound of the river drowns out most noises. The treehouse itself was exactly as it was advertised: not posh, quite tiny, but a perfect place for someone who just wants to be by themself.
