"We decided to stay here to save on our Zion/Bryce trip. We rented a car from Vegas. It was about 2.5 hrs. to get to the rental. To Zion visitor center was just under an hour. Bryce was about 2 hrs. Those were long days but so worth it. The property is beautiful and surrounded by mountains, I wish we had more time to enjoy the property. "I was able to find the home quickly. I was a bit worried when I drove into the neighborhood, as it looked very ran down. On entering into the house o saw that they had upgraded it very nicely. It was welcoming. We were excited to sit in the wimps and use it to its fullest. However some of the functions did not work. "On a road trip from Los Angeles to Minnesota, and spent the night at this very nice townhouse. Beds and bedding were very comfortable, everything you would need to settle in was provided. Great safe location, garage parking was appreciated. Our stop was short, but the quality of the home made for a very comfortable night. I would not hesitate to return."

"Zion’s Roost was a perfect cozy place to stay when we explored southern Utah. It was in the perfect location when we visited Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and the Candy Cliffs. The house was immaculate, perfectly stocked,and meticulously organized. Zion’s Roost completely met our needs on our vacation. David was a very gracious host who went out of his way to help us with the sites in Zion and other local attractions. We would definitely stay here again!"
