"Enjoyable stay with courteous service. We chose this hotel for its central location, connection to the Ipoh Mall and the 6 EV charging bays for hotel guests (at RM1.05/kWh). Our room on the Concept (12th) floor came with a jacuzzi, and overall it was spacious and comfortable, but with some hits and misses. "Friendly welcome but the room was not ready (3.30pm). Anyway got a voucher for afternoon tea with little sweets. Super friendly and helpful staff as well as the environment and architecture. But my request for breakfast was ignored despite fruits are available at every market. And everywhere it's too cold from the AC's. "

"Stayed in the family and friends suite. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Family loved it. Very convenient water dispenser. Hot, cold and warm water. Roomy bathroom with tub and shower. Close enough to Ipoh center. Far enough to be quiet and peaceful. "

"The building was beautiful, the staff were fantastic. It’s across from a park and walkable to all the town has to offer. Small quibbles were the internet - kept going in and out, and while the breakfast was more than plentiful, the food was not kept warm. Will stay again if we’re in town. "

"好的方面是酒店離樂園非常近，早餐選擇不算多，但咖啡非常好喝；房間乾淨但不大，而且酒店附近除了樂園就什麼都沒有，酒店裏面連餐廳都沒有，吃飯要到樂園或步行十多分鐘才有快餐店。酒店前方現在蓋商場，期待下次去會有新體驗。"

"A decent hotel. Rooms and bathroom were generous size however safe was non functional and couldn’t be fixed. although they offered to leave one on the floor for us this was not satisfactory. Grout in shower requires bleach but otherwise clean. One towel and one doona cover had a rip/hole so some upgrading is required. Overall quite adequate and centrally located and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "

"the room is very spacious. 2 queen bed with more spaces to fool around with my kids. we are comfortable with our stay. its just that there is not much option for the TV channel. other than that, all is good. the staff is also approachable."

"Standard twin room was small but adequate for 2 pax. Overall，room is clean and comfortable. I did notice a stain on the bedsheet. Good for a short stay."
