"We had a fantastic holiday, the hotel was perfect, enjoyed the whole experience."

"The lady in the reception was rude more than once. The bathroom was ridiculous because for taking a shower all the room gets wet for the inappropriate structure. Besides, the shower was badly installed: the shower faucet get so hot and it is in a position on the wall easily to touch so that I burned my belly by touching it. The pool was disgusting with green stuff on the wall border. I don't recommend this place at all."

"The house was really nice, even with a private pool. The main pool was really convenient for children. However some facilities are not very well maintained, maybe because it was not high season. However the price was very good for what we got."

"This is a lovely place to stay, but it does need a bit of tlc. Apparently there are plans to do some work soon. The pool is a good size and only 1.2m deep so quite safe. Our Villa as ok, but there were a few problems: worst, no smoke alarms! The extractor in the kitchen didn’t work, the oven had no shelves or grill pan, there was no microwave or toaster, not enough crockery, cutlery or glasses. No coathangers in the bedrooms. All small but irritating things which could easily be fixed. Overall...

"Solo stay for a week in October for some sunshine and r&r. Ticked all the boxes. Was allocated a 2nd floor room facing the sun for most of the day which I had asked for. Fabulous communication before arrival (last minute booking). Hotel arranged a taxi from the airport which was great as arrived late at night. My room was spotless and stayed that way the whole time I was there, housekeeping staff do a fabulous job. Pool area was clean and quiet most of the time, could move around with the...

"This was a great option for our stay. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of options. The Staff were very helpful and it was in a good location for exploring. Only downside was parking. There were some paved spots adjacent to the hotel but the overflow parking was behind and was basically a rough gravel area that needed some attention and clean up. Would stay again"

"Enjoyed our stay here. Some property issues (fridge broken but they replaced it the next month t, air conditioning unit leaking) but the room was nice and the pool very clean. Would have been difficult to get a sun lounger if it had been any fuller. Food on site was better than expected. Bizarrely wouldn’t give us two keys for the room which is odd when there is more than one of you and you might want to go off and do different things!"

"The Villa is as good as the photos , great location and the pool is the best we’ve ever had when staying at a villa. Very private , spacious and close enough to walk into Coral bay to enjoy all the fantastic restaurants. Nothing else to say really apart from if you’re looking to stay in coral bay you won’t go wrong with this villa. Lisa was really helpful and even let us have a complimentary late check out for our evening flight as they’d got nobody coming straight in. "

"The reception team were brilliant offering suggestions for restaurants etc. Room cleaned and linen changed every 3 days with plenty notice given. The appartments were well located for a good range of restaurants and some of the best archaelogical sites on the island. We even had our own numbered parking space. It had the feel of a safe place to stay. We would stay here again."

"Our stay was fantastic: this was a truly pleasant all-inclusive hotel. We were issued wristbands to identify us to staff and had more food/drink than we needed the entire time. The room was spacious, the beds very comfy and the shower easy to work. There were two large outside pools that were freezing cold (very pleasant for countering the heat) and one inside pool that was a little warmer. "Object is part of a few same houses built around a nice and very clean pool. Interieur is nothing special but good enough. A/C's work very well and efficiency can be enforced by ceiling ventilators. For parking it is better to use a mo re public one on the other side as there is a quite big bump to be crossed entering private parking space - we slightly damaged base of our rental car as to bumps height. Restaurants are 5mins walk away, shops/bakery about 10-15mins walk. Supermarket 5mins by car....
