"This home is very beautifully constructed and extremely inviting. Bethany was great and we had no problems accessing the home or getting in touch with Bethany when needed. We were visiting from Wisconsin and after 14 hours of flights and layovers it was so wonderful to rest in such a peaceful place. The beds are comfortable too! We will be back!"

In fact, upon arrival, Angela went along with us for a ride to show us a few of the local fishing access spots. The pictures of the property itself are spot on with two significant exceptions. "This cabin fit all of us nicely, the dining room and kitchen had plenty of space. The host was very responsive and helpful. Being able to use the wood stove made for a great stay cause it was chilly out!"

"We were in Kenai/Soldotna for a soccer tournament and this was a great location. Close to stores and close to the fields my son was playing. The place was very clean and comfortable. The reason for the four stars instead of five is for a few reasons. The laundry is paid and is shared with the other units in the building which means if you want to use it you are kind of obligated to stick around and wait. "Overall we were very pleased. When we needed something Bret was easy to reach and he delivered. Might help to have clearer directions, actual road sign turnoff and a bigger sign turning into the drive. Otherwise Great. Appreciated the fresh flowers!"

"My husband and I were looking for a home base to fish on the Kenai River. This is a nice tiny cabin with a new wood smell. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator (full size) and Keurig coffee maker. Bathroom has walk-in shower, nice hot water, wonderful soaps and thick luxurious towels. There is a small table with 2 chairs and a couch. The lower sleeping area has 2 cot sized beds with nice memory foam mattresses, lovely sheets, comfy quilt and awesome pillows. There is a bedside...

"Travelled to Soldotna for 2 weeks for my wife's medical procedure. Needed something convenient to the hospital and town while also accommodating her physical limitations after procedure. This property was perfect! Property manager was a joy to work with and the listing was even better than advertised!"

"The listing was exactly as advertised and in a nice little neighborhood right in the heart Kenai several blocks from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary equipment to cook and feed a family during our two weeks stay. The bathroom had plenty of linens and all the condiments you would ever need including some you may have forgot at home. "Great 4 bedroom house setup perfect for fishing basecamp. Big open living room, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, washer & dryer, big freezer in the garage which was great for getting fishing gear on and off! Nice welcome package of wine and smores!
