Experience the exquisite natural beauty of the Big Island. This beautiful 2008 home is located in an extremely quiet neighborhood in Kona. There are 5 bedrooms ā€“ each with a king size bed option and all en suite. The primary bedroom and 2nd bedroom have King beds. Bedroom 3, 4 & 5 have Twin Beds that can be converted to King beds for an additional fee. Four of the bedrooms are located on the upstairs floor and one on the lower level and all of the bedrooms have AC. There is also a futon that converts into a full size bed. Each bedroom has new furniture, bedding and linens.

The kitchen is well appointed with all Viking appliances ā€“ including a 6 burner stovetop. For those interested in staying fit while on vacation, there is an exercise room equipped with an ellipse, treadmill, recumbent bike, Smith machine, and free weights. Imagine enjoying swimming and lounging by the brand new outdoor pool, and then dining on the lanai with amazing ocean views.. The plunge pool provides a seating alternative. The side yard is full of banana trees, a starfruit tree, and herbs and vegetables. You are welcome to pick what is ripe.

The Kailua Kona Bay view greets the early morning riser and the sunset over the ocean is spectacular ā€“ especially from the rooftop deck.

The house is close, approximately 2-4 miles, to a variety of activities for you and your guests to utilize, this includes beaches like Kahaluu Beach Park and White Sands Beach: major department stores and boutiques, dining choices range from fast food to fine dining restaurants and/or hiring a personal chef to prepare meals at the house.

Don't imagine it - come to Kawena and experience the real Hawaii. You and your guests will not be disappointed!

Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.
Security cameras are installed on the outside of this residence. Two on the back of the home, one on the front. None facing the pool area for privacy.
Minimum night varies seasonally between 5 - 10 nights. This is a non-smoking, no pets home.

Large group for the Ironman. Loved this property. We were nervous about AC only being in the bedrooms but it was totally fine! Great space to spread out. Loved having a wet bar and extra frig. Helped so much with food prep for our large group. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Rental for family
The house had everything we needed for our stay with 7 guests. It was in the perfect location, convenient to stores, restaurants and the airport. The neighborhood and view were incredible. David our concierge was amazing! We were able to book several activities and he helped us rebook two things last minute after one place canceled. Everyone was very pleased and we would stay again.

Perfect Spot
The house was perfect for our mixed families, totaling 10 people. Everyone had a private bath. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean and super fun with a great view of the ocean- perfect for sunsets! Location is nice for everything on the Kona side (beaches, town, marina), but it is a hike to get to black sand beach, volcanoes NP and Hilo from here. Loved every minute- would highly recommend.

The house was wonderful. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds were comfy and air conditioning led to refreshing sleep. There is a cookā€™s kitchen with ample utensils, bowls, and specialty pans to make anything you want to make. The pots and pans were new and all appliances were updated. In addition to a large fridge in the kitchen they have another fridge in the breakfast area which we used as a beverage fridge. The house was well stocked. We had plenty of paper towels, laundry soap, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. for our 2 week stay. The outside is wonderful. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good working order. There is an abundance of seating options to sun bath or enjoy the incredible views. We ate all meals outside on the large table on the covered patio. There is an additional patio area upstairs that is wonderful for watching sunsets and enjoying the view. The neighborhood felt safe and was walkable. They have a book exchange just up the street which was convenient and well stocked. If you are staying here in the heat of summer the main part of the house is not air conditioned. It was hot during our stay but we spent the majority of the day outside. There are overhead fans in all rooms so that helped move the air nicely in the evenings. If you have a large group this is a wonderful house. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with breathtaking views that is well appointed, well cared for and well appointed. The nine of us had room to spread out and come together we were centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Awesome Vacation Home
This was the all adults get away. We (5 adults) all really appreciated the spacious 5 bedroom, 5 and a half bath house that afforded each of us complete privacy. The property was beautiful with an awesome view of the ocean. It was tastefully decorated with island decor and was completely stocked with everything you would need for cooking and cocktails. Each bedroom had good working air conditioners. The lower level had ceiling fans in every room including the large kitchen. I can't say enough about this property and would stay here again. Although, this was an all adult trip, it would be a great home for families too.

Our group loved this home! The location was great to shops and food. The pool was amazing and the view was also awesome. We loved that everyone had their own bathroom! Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub perfect for the sunny Hawaii days Kitchen was well stock, plenty of bath towels, extra sheets and swim towels. Having fruit trees on the property was an added plus There are some swim toys, it would have been nice if there were beach items like chairs, umbrella, boogie board, or snorkeling items-but rental places are available for those items too Staying here helped make our vacation one of the best and we lifetime happy memories
