The space
House is directly across the street from Kailua Beach Park and a very short walk to the beach. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. There are two central a/c units, double-paned windows, an outdoor grill area and covered parking. Easy walk to Buzz’s Restaurant or Kalapawai Market.

Guests will have use of half the carport + parking on the grass (there's grass block underneath, so parking won't damage the lawn. There's a shared outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any one time. There will be a $50 change fee for any changes made to a reservation that's initiated by the guest after booking.
