Come relax and play at our Turtle Bay hideaway. Our lovely 2 story condo is perfect for families or couples who like more spacious accommodations while staying here at Turtle Bay. Vaulted ceilings and a large lanai add to the feeling of roominess. Well stocked, gourmet kitchen.

This is a fully permitted legal vacation rental. Permit: 90/TVU-0512

We have a 47 inch LCD TV for your enjoyment, as well as all the essential beach toys....boogie boards, snorkels, fins, etc...

Turtle Bay beach is just a short but scenic 5 minute walk. Hidden beaches are also a short 5 minute walk as well. When the surf is big you can hear it roar from the bedroom and from the lanai.

Many families come to Turtle Bay since it is the perfect kid friendly beach for swimming and snorkeling all year round, even when the waves are huge here on the North Shore. Turtle Bay is also perhaps the most romantic place in all of Hawaii. Enjoy moonlight walks and starry nights. No city lights here! ...and with 880 acres of coastline, you will have plenty of sandy beaches all to your self.


For the golfers...
We are located on the 17th fairway of the Fazio course--home of the first Senior Skins game. We have 36 holes of golf including an Arnold Palmer course that has hosted several LPGA and Senior Tour Tournaments

A favorite pastime for many is to watch the sunset at the resort. There is a great surf break right out in front of the bar so you can enjoy a drink while watching surfers catch perfect waves as the sun sets on the horizon....a true Hawaiian experience in every way. There is even a blow hole by the bar!

Perfect location, gated community, save and secure, near everything we needed. Condo well stocked and comfortable. Beautiful pool and also close to a number beaches. Loved having a separate bedroom and bathroom upstairs for our daughter. Cons…I wouldn’t consider it “luxury” and not really any “upgrades” that I could see. Air conditioner didn’t work. But it was a fair price for what we had.

Quick Trip from the Mainland
This condo was perfect for our needs. Well appointed kitchen and plenty of towels. The open Loft can be difficult if sharing with adults as the living space is open and sound and light travels, but we knew that when we booked. Perfect set up for a small family and the location is perfect.

Not a luxury cobdo
This is advertised as luxury condo which it is not. The beds are uncomfortable and needs major updating. Carpet going upstairs is dirty and looks like it’s been put in the 70s They also advertise it has air. There is only a small unit in the bottom bedroom which rattles while turned on. this upstairs bedroom has no air since it is not by the ocean there is no breeze. Beverly is sweet and the place is clean as she can get it. This is not what I expected

Great place to stay!
This condo was exactly what we wanted! Beverly was fantastic and gave us some great ideas of places we could go. Turtle Bay was an easy walk and we even saw a turtle swimming there. So much to do and see in North Shores! Loved all the beaches!

North Shore getaway
This cozy condo was a great place to stay for our 10 day vacation. Our first time in Oahu and fell in love with the island. Only recommendation would be to add air conditioning in the loft otherwise had everything we needed and more. Beverly was very friendly and accomodating.

Perfect location on North Shore
Such a great time in Turtle Bay in this lovely condo. The unit was clean and did fit our needs perfectly. The only down side would be that arrival information was missing, but worked out in the end. We had to move unit during our stay, but had a good and constructive communication and found a solution everyone was happy about. Would love to go back.

North Shore Paradise
This property was everything the listing said and more. We did have to reach out to the owner to get the entry instructions, but Beverly picked up first call and it was smooth sailing from there. The North Shore is amazing, relaxing, quiet and BEAUTIFUL! Staying so close to the Turtle Bay resort was awesome. No, you can’t swim in the resort pool, but everything else is fair game! And Beverly’s condo is about 20 steps away from a great, heated pool. Overall, the condo was great. The balcony overlooking the garden and golf course was so peaceful. Cannot say enough nice things. 5 STARS!

Nice place
This was perfect for our family of 4 with older kids. Great location, Beverly was lovely, and I swear would bail us out of jail in the middle of the night if she had to! So sweet! The place was comfy, and after paying $65 a day for parking in Waikiki for 6 days, free parking is a luxury! Lots of gear and beach items left behind by previous guests, which was GREAT! There is no longer carpet as shown in the pics, but pergo. So that is a bonus. Futon was comfortable for my 18 year old! They do need black out curtains for the master. I would invest in a high top table for the patio, so the rail isn't at eye level when sitting there having coffee or drinks, and a collapsible beach wagon (cheap on amazon) would have been really helpful to haul beach gear down. Otherwise, just drive to the beach and find parking. The walk with the beach stuff was a pain. But plenty of beach towels there, linens, extra pillows. Before you stop at the grocery store, look to see what is left there from previous guests! Lots of seasonings, unopened peanut butter, jellies, and even Truly's greeted us on our arrival. We paid it forward and left some Titos! I would stay here again! Go to TOA luau!!! Family run Luau and about 15 mins away in beautiful waimea falls park!! The food land 10 mins past turtle bay had great Poke and everything you need. The best selection of roadside food trucks on the island are on the North Shore! DON"T waste your money at overpriced restauants! Mahalo Beverly and Mark!

This condo is quiet and VERY clean, although I think the stairwell and upper carpet needs to be cleaned. Well stocked with kitchen items. Beverly, the manager, was very kind and helpful. All in all a good visit.

Critical information missing from property description
No indication was given in the photos or property description that the condo unit was up a steep flight of 14 stairs. We knew there would be stairs to the loft (which were also pretty steep) but were unprepared to lug groceries and enough bags for a week's stay up steep stairs just to access the unit. I would never have rented this property had I known.

Turtle Bay Condo
The property was very clean and the property manager was wonderful. She was very kind and responsive. We were disappointed to find out although there were picture of the Turtle Bay Resort we were unable to use any of the amenities connected to the resort. When we arrived we were told that the condo residents (once hotel guests) could use the resort pool, hot tubs, etc… There was a mall pool for the condo complex, but it did not feel like we were staying “at Turtle Bay- just a resident condo down the road.

This condo is great. My kids loved sharing the loft and having their own space. We loved having our own space downstairs as well. The condo is clean and has all the basics you’ll need. It has a stocked kitchen to prepare meals. We enjoyed movie nights, the heated pool and overall comforts of this condo. We would definitely stay here again. My only negative was not receiving any instructions about arrival/check in until less than 24 hours before check in and after a text and 2 phone calls asking for them. A simple email a week before stating the instructions would be emailed to us on the day of arrival would have even been appreciated. When traveling far to come to Hawaii with kids I just needed the reassurance that we had a place to stay and that we would be able to check in. Once the instructions were received though, it was a breeze. Beverly communicated easily and promptly. Again, this property is even better than the pictures.

Vacation and Work
Stayed for part vacation and work. Great location and nice place to stay with close proximity to Turtle Bay Resort and facilities and beaches. Nice pool, lots of beach equipment available to use right at the unit (snorkle, mask, wave boards etc.). Bev was awesome getting us checked in - thank you! Comfortable, clean, and well appointed!
