"My husband and I were in town for a convention and this little bungalow was the perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of a conference. It is small but has all that we needed in it. The neighborhood is stunning and the property is well manicured. The laundry facility was wonderful. The pool looked amazing but we never had the opportunity to get in it. "We were coming to the area to help out with some relatives kids. We asked the owners if this would be okay and they quickly replied that it was. The boy wants us to stay here if we ever visit again. Dan and Shannon are some of the friendliest helpful hosts that we’ve met. Shannon’s mother lives on the property and is also lovely. She invited the boy to swing. As noted in the description, the kitchen and shower are outside so exposed to nature and such. Dan even took the time to write some notes...

"I stay at cottages and cabins all over the country. Prefer them to hotels ..travel with my dog. This was absolutely thebest..beautifully decorated, lovely porch, fenced in yard, peaceful location....very comfortable and tastefully done. And any item that you could possibly require or want was provided. I travel with trusty kitchen box..hardly had to open it. Welcome basket with snacks, fruit, sweets. Hosts were amazing. I could not more highly recommend this cottage"

"This lovely guest cottage is secluded and tucked away behind the main house. The garden provides a wonderfully private space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The cottage is very clean, comfortable and well equipped and the Old Northwood District a great place to stay. Very welcoming host and great communication. Highly recommended."

"We had an excellent time in Nettle's Island and our rental offered the perfect stay. The home was clean, stocked with dishes and a washer and dryer and it was located near the community center and one of the pools, making it a very convenient location on the island. You get pool(s) and beach access with your accommodations and the grocer is a short golf cart ride away. We had a blast and we would recommend this VRBO to anyone! "

"This quaint hideaway has been our go to for several years. The property owners live in premise but you would never know it! Pat and Tracy are delightful and easy to deal with! The small added touches of a bottle of water and some snacks at check in is a nice touch! This place is minutes from the beach, shopping and restaurants - we will be back!!"

"The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is cozy and comfortable. There was a snafu with the cleaning crew not coming over before we checked in. However, the host was very responsive after getting contacted. We made it work (the previous guest had left the house fairly clean). Should we come back to West Palm Beach we would not hesitate renting this house again."
