The Atlantic waves are just steps from your front door at this stylish 3BR/2BA condo! Located by the Pelican Lake walking and biking trails, you can start each day with a lap around the water. The convenient location is also close to local eateries and the Juno Beach Pier.

After a fun-filled day, comfy seating on the porch offers an inviting perch. Inside, professional decor creates a dreamy retreat. Highlights include two living areas, plush furnishings, and a modern kitchen.

LIVING AREA

The main living area is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs. Watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

Large windows bring an abundance of sunshine to the second living area. Curl up with a book on the armchairs or sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will be delighted to find stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Sip drinks at the kitchen bar for four as dinner simmers.

At mealtimes, gather around the table for six in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

The master bedroom boasts a stately king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom holds a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin-size beds.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy morning coffee and an ocean breeze on the covered porch, which overlooks a lush lawn and the short beach path to the sand. Sway peacefully in rocking chairs or share alfresco meals around the table for four.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided in the rental. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the community lot.

This rental is located on the second floor (with no neighbors above). An elevator is not available.

THE LOCATION

Located mere steps from the beach, you can walk to the sand in just 60 seconds!

Travel 2 miles to Juno Beach Pier to cast a line or snap a photo. Stroll 3 minutes to Pelican Lake to walk or bike around the water.

Make the 1-mile trip to the heart of town to explore the Loggerhead Marinelife Center or discover local eateries. Restaurants, shops, and museums await in downtown West Palm Beach, 12 miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautifully updated, right off the beach!
We have been coming down to the Juno Beach area for years for spring training baseball. We were delighted to find this lovely home available. The pictures online need to be updated as it has been beautifully renovated with newer furniture. The house was spotless upon check-in, and the kitchen nicely stocked for easy cooking. Beach towels and chairs are provided which is wonderful having flown in. The available box fans and extra blankets in the closet were also very helpful. The beach access is amazing, right across the front lawn. However, since the access is public, you do get a lot of people coming and going. Beautiful sand, with boardwalk access, and shower for rinsing off the sand. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay!
We loved staying here. The unit was a perfect size, the decks were great (though wonder if it’s possible to get the sliding door to slide a little easier? We had trouble opening it), it was a perfect proximity to the ocean and a nice little neighborhood with plenty of parking. The kitchen was stocked well and we loved having access to the beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed at better!
Well first they say you may be able to check in early or stay later they will email you and that’s definitely not true. We were at the property an hour early no one was there but they still refused us early access. The unit was clean and great location but I will say the master bed is hard as a rock ( I had to sleep on the couch that bad). The TV’s in any of the rooms do not work there are no remotes to even use them. All cable boxes were unplugged and removed for some reason. The living room TV work with WiFi but every 15 mins the WiFi would go out and you would have to wait for the loading screen. WiFi does not work in the master bedroom at all. The air filter was black same as the vent. We had to removed the air filter because the A/C stopped working guessing because there was no air flow due to the dirty filter and vents. The slider door is broken it doesn’t slide open you have to use all your strength to pry it open. It’s not because they are hurricane sliders either because we have them we live in Florida as well. Over all great location but definitely not worth the price.

We stayed in the “sandbox” and it was perfect for our family. We have 6 ppl and also had some friends and their kids come over. There’s plenty of room to not be cramped. Bedrooms are spacious. Nice washer and dryer. Beach chairs and toys available to use. Shirt distance to nice grocery store and plenty of eating places. Sent several messages asking questions and got a response within minutes. Would 100% recommend.

We enjoyed our 5 days in this rental home. It was well equipped with all of our needs and was very comfortable in the ways of the beds, sitting space and cleanliness. The kitchen was wonderful too. We had a couple of instances with the keypad not locking on the front door that was a little annoying, but was handled by the property management company swiftly. I do believe updating the keypad wouldn’t cause any further disappointments for future renters. Small issues like the master bath tub didn’t drain well, the toilet was wobbly and the dryer didn’t dry the clothes the first time. Also, the dishwasher leaked one time we ran it. Overall we had a great stay!

Cozy large apartment on a superb location
This apartment is actually walking distance from the most beautiful beach. You can peek at the Ocean while cooking and the terrace has a nice view of the ocean to relax in the afternoon. Perfect for a family. Everything in place to cook at home.

Quiet and wonderful location, just a few steps to the boardwalk. Rode bikes up and down A1A. Appreciated not having to bring our own beach chairs and towels. Plenty of kitchen supplies too!

Family Farewell
We rented the condo for my son and his family. Our youngest daughter also stayed with them. My mother is with us and currently under the care of hospice and the children came in to say goodbye. I would highly recommend the Sandbox. It was very spacious and clean and you could not beat the proximity to the beach. The realtor was very attentive to our needs. In spite of the restrictions from Covid we felt safe and had a fabulous time. We definitely recommend and will use again.
