My home with both front and back yards and 3 patios are exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, you'll take in the natural wonders here and the artsy feeling of zen to relax and unwind.

Walking in our neighborhood is a walk about in the high desert. See the horses that live down the street! Dirt road walking is perfect for a real feeling of being “out” and far away from everything, sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous. Close hiking very nearby. Please be mindful of the “No Trespassing” signs that some of the neighbors have put at their private properties.

This is a rural, very quiet and very little populated area which feels very Joshua Tree expansive, stylish, on a dirt road (your first ahhh moment), feeling of being very far out but still close to the JT Village, 8 minutes drive Joshua Tree National Park, 5 to Noah Purafoy Foundation, 13 minute drive to Pappy and Harriets, 20 minutes to Integratron, 20 to 29 Palms and 40 to Palm Springs. Walk right out the door for a walkabout through our beautiful High Desert sparse neighborhood where you feel like you are far away from civilization but close to everything you would do here, eateries, art, shopping and all you could want!

You will feel like you are way off the grid via a dirt road, still very close to everything Joshua Tree, Pioneertown, 29 Palms and Yucca Valley, all areas you'd like to visit.

I've set up to be as green as possible! Hot water is tankless and Solar Panels, so you're powered by the Sun. It's quiet and serene so quiet hours are after 10pm which means you can be outside with your quiet voice and mindful of serene noise inside. It's an expansive peaceful, quite refresh and reset experience here...

GETTING TO MY PLACE
You will travel a mile up from the highway to Sunburst to Dennis which becomes a dirt road (where we all experience our first ahhhh getting off the beaten path). All cars are safe on the dirt roads.

CLEANING / SANITIZATION
Heath, safety and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. Self-check-in is also employed to avoid unnecessary person-to-person contact, you'll get check in instructions morning of arrival.

SECURITY CAMERAS
We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the keypad of the entrance door of the property, and covering the front driveway of the property.

WEATHER
In winter bring layers, when it's summer bring hats and sunscreen.

In case you're wondering about the cost, besides the nightly rate I charge a Community Fee of $150 per stay.
