"I stayed at this property to celebrate my God-son’s graduation. The place was perfect. We had such a delightful stay. The rooms were fitting for the amount of people that stayed and the outside setting was perfect for the company we had for the dinner. We cooked and ate and had a wonderful time with the beach just footsteps away. We loved it and we will definately celebrate other events here!"

"This place was perfect! From the cool beach theme decor, the super comfortable bed to the location. The hosts have provided everything you could possibly need. When looking for a place to stay I read a lot of complaints about the water smelling like rotten egg but you wont have that issue here. I cant wait to go back! I can't wait to fo back."

"Overall the stay was great. Had a minor issue with the AC. But we communicated the issue to Kat and they had someone out the next day. Fixed the issue. Probably from the storm. You can see the beach and neighborhood is still recovering from the storm. But we throughly enjoyed our time. The house was clean and we had everything that we could need. The balcony overlooking the ocean was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We booked our trip right before the storm and were worried about not being able to keep our reservation. The company reached out via phone and was very accommodating. We were able to adjust our stay a day later. The rental had a lot of space and had everything we needed. The beach was about 2 blocks down, but we ended up driving because we had a bunch of stuff to haul. We would definitely rent this place again! "Everything about this home was just incredible. From the hosts responsiveness, to how absolutely gorgeous the house was. It was even more spacious and more beautiful than the photos show. We had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to any questions. The beach views were amazing, patios were super spacious, and beach access was easy. So glad we went with this home for our weekend getaway! Highly recommend for your large group trip down to the beach! "

"Communication with the host was 5 stars within minutes of booking. Even when I made a mistake in booking, he was quick to offer a solution to make our weekend plans seamless and enjoyable. The arrival directions were spot on and easy to follow. The house is perfectly located- you get a peek at the ocean, but are just far enough away to enjoy the quiet neighborhood.
