"Positive points: - I arrived a little earlier (1h before 3pm) and they let me into the room without any problem (I believe this varies according to the hotel's capacity and time of year) - Close to metro and bus stations - Shopping Mall practically next door (Skyview) with excellent stores such as Target, Sephora and Outlets (Adidas and Nike) - There were 2 bottles of mineral water in the room for consumption (complimentary) - Decor just like in the pictures (very good taste) - Comfortable and very clean bed - Huge windows that allowed a view of the city - Clean bathroom with clean, fresh-smelling towels - Glass cups (2 pieces) for brushes in the bathroom - Quality shampoo, conditioner and liquid body soap - Very efficient and quiet bathroom extractor fan - Shower with perfect hot and cold water - You pay the agreed price and there are no surprises at check-out - Professional staff - They allow you to leave your bags at reception (they give you security tags) while you can do some shopping at the mall next door before your flight Negative points: - There is breakfast, but it's just a small stand in reception with some snacks and cereals. If you want to have a more hearty coffee, I suggest Iris Tea & Bakery with great options. The place is beautiful and you can walk because it's on the main Roosevelt Avenue. - The location may be a problem as it's not in Manhattan But it's great for seeing across the city to the island. - No minibar (if that's your thing)"

"Hotel muito abafado com cheiro de mofo. Quarto estava vazando muita água pelo ar condicionado, acionei a recepcionista que pediu para limparem porém não resolveu o problema, limpou e logo ficou cheio de água novamente. Limpeza precária! Achei até uma baratinha nos lençóis sobre a cama. Não recomendo. "

"Never again! It’s a dirty place in a terrible neighborhood! They have no phone in the room! I asked TWICE for extra pillows and was told it’s coming up both times and they never did! The linens were old and had holes in them! One of the bath towel which was folded on top of the railing was dirty and seemed used! A had to dry myself using the hand towels! Oh and the remote control had a melted battery in it for which I had to go downstairs AGAIN and you guessed it! Never got a new one! A terrible experience, but I want to tell all my hotels.com users to delete this one from the list! Not worth the aggregation and possible tick bites that I feel on my legs!"

"Hotel excelente. Ótima localização para quem quer ficar perto do aeroporto de La Guardia. O hotel, inclusive, oferece transporte gratuito para o aeroportos de hora em hora. "

"Hotel limpo e localizado bem perto do metro e a 30 min do Central Park. Comercio com várias opções. Café da manhã um pouco fraco mas atende ao básico."
