"Celebrated a magical birthday with family at this perfect seaside getaway. Everything we could possibly need was at our fingertips. We walked to Easton's Beach, to Flo's. my favorite clam shack. Easy drive to Sachuest (aka Second) my favorite beach, stopped at Sweetberry Farm, another favorite, en route. Easy drive to the center of Newport or Bellevue Avenue/Ocean Drive. Deb was rapid-fire responsive to questions about kid-friendly dining (other family members stayed at a hotel but I was...

"Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future"

"The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location is excellent, very close to lots of restaurants, and historic sites. The parking is first come first serve and there are only 2 designated spots, which can be a little bit inconvenient since some of the other visitors park their car and never leave."

"Cottage was adorable and just as advertised. Great location and steps to Baby Beach. The views were lovely. Host was super responsive and even accommodated us when the ferries were canceled due to TV r hurricane. A great little gem downtown! "

"All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done."
