"If you want luxury, seclusion and great location to local sites and activities this is the place for you. Beautiful views of the ocean abound from all rooms, open floor plan built around large common area good for family gathers while providing privacy for each guest to spend time alone. Smoke room to walk around property to stretch your legs, private and secure. Absolute gem on Big Sur coast line, can’t ask for anything more."

Although we literally had to leave an EMPTY SPACE in our driveway and park one of our car MILES AWAY in overflow. We got threatened at least 6 times. You'll be fined $400 for this or $150 for that. One of our group has a handicapped placard, so we pulled up close to the doc next to where the locals had their trucks, just to drop her off and we got scared off with a threat of a fine. The...

"The house was in an excellent location... close to the community center and launch ramp. The view of the lake was awesome. Something to include in the info regarding parking a boat and truck.... the driveway is narrow and steep. Only a very small boat would fit... maybe. The property below the deck, next to the house, off the parking lot was an easy spot to park. This should be explained as the option for parking. We arrived well after dark and couldn't see that the area below the house...

"This home was perfect for our family, grandparents, parents and children. There was plenty of room to spread out. We especially loved the two living spaces, as the kids could hang out and do their thing. The deck was roomy as well. All in all a great time was had by the entire family. "

"Our family annually visits Lake Nacimiento for a boating trip and this year it was a great time. The only downside to this rental is that there is no boat slip. But the parking for a boat/trailer is spacious and convenient. "

"13% water level at the lake was a bummer this Labor Day weekend. However, the beautiful sunsets from the back yard balcony made up for it. Love to come back if the water goes back up to healthy 100%."

"Overall nice place. The house is lake front but still requires a hike to get to the water( typical in Oak Shores). The boat dock faces the main body of water so make sure you know how to tie up your boat or it will take a beating. The layout of this home is a bit odd there is no bathroom on the main floor you have to go upstairs or downstairs from the living area "
