"Johnny Lo's 3bd, 2 ba home in Drake was perfect for our needs. The host was easy to communicate with and he gave us a bunch of helpful suggestions prior to the trip. Great stay, great host!"

"I loved this location and the walkability to near by coffee shop and restaurants. A few personal preferences, I would have loved blackout curtains on the windows, especially over the door window where the sun comes in directly on the bed pillows in the morning. While I appreciated the lower cleaning fee, I would have preferred to know that I was expected on taking the trash out to the alley at check out. I felt like I was sneaking around the yard to find how to access the alley to find the trash...

"We had a great stay visiting our daughter who if a freshman at CSU. She really wanted a home cooked meal and this was perfect for that! Very quiet and safe neighborhood. And our host was very kind and accommodating "

"The place was exactly what I needed. A place to sleep. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. "

"These two houses are both functional and you will have great memories. John was able to accommodate us with early check in and was there for any of our needs during our stay. Parking was a little different since the parking ordinances are changing in the front of the house which forced us to park in the alley. Dishwasher wasn't working correctly and the WiFi didn't work. We were a family of 11 and had many laughs, enjoyed the spaces and absolutely loved the sand volley ball court too."

"Great weekend meeting spot for our group of good friends.We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown, as we were able to walk to the restaurants we wanted to try. We also enjoyed the Colorado Bike Rail Adventure while there. The home was clean, spacious and accommodating. "

"Our 5 family members enjoyed our stay immensely. With 3 family members aged 80 -92 the two bedrooms on the main level were spacious and gave them easy access without having to do any stairs. The downstairs bedroom was comfortable also. Wonderful kitchen and dining areas and a well stocked kitchen as well. We will definitely stay here again. Very convenient location to visit our family in Fort Collins. "

"I really appreciated the excellent communication and flexibility of the hosts. The cottage was a fantastic refuge with all of the comforts one may need. While elaborate meals would be best eaten out, the basics can be met in the kitchen. The design was simple and comfortable, filled with everything to make my stay as close to home as possible."

"The Fox's Den is a jewel within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping in Old Town Ft. Collins. We were initially hesitant when we realized our accommodation was in an apartment building, but we quickly settled in as the dedicated covered parking spot is located at the end of the short sidewalk to the building, and the studio is located just inside the lobby entrance. The studio is nicely updated, comfortable, the kitchenette is well appointed, and bathroom is good...

"Great accommodation in a quiet neighborhood--walking distance to Old Town and to CSU. The "bungalow" is part of a house. The front is a gallery with occasional hours. Lovely attention to detail with the decor, a well stocked kitchen, very comfortable brass bed and lots of hot water. A garden that is probably wonderful to hang out in during warmer weather. Karen was an excellent host. I will be back!"
