All bedrooms have memory foam mattresses with luxurious linens and pillows. All bathrooms include plush towels and the showers include shampoo, conditioner and body wash soap dispensers.

Access to the house is from the main front door.
Guests will have access to the whole property except locked unfinished basement area and an outdoor storage. Plenty of parking outside the garage and in the driveway.

Other things to note
Thin layer of grass in the backyard at some spots. Might get little muddy on rainy days.

Great house in a great location
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home. The bedrooms are spread out in different areas of the house. Giving lots of room for different families! Hosts were very responsive.

Guys annual golf trip
The house was big which we all enjoyed but the bathrooms seemed in need of a remodel. The water pressure was pretty bad and the carpet needs to be replaced. Some of the beds were twin sized and couldn’t fit some of the guys. Other than that the place was ok.

Acquisition Tram Meeting
The house was cozy and well kept as advertised. The host was very accommodating with schedule changes. Grounds were well kept and there were plenty of spaces inside and out.

2nd time here , and would come back more !
This is the 2nd time we have booked this VRBO. We stayed 4 nights and still feel like we didn’t get to enjoy all that this home has to offer. The layout is great for large groups. This time we even walked up to the Divine Coffee shop up the road!

Family Gathering
We gathered with family from 4 different states for a couple nights. The house is great and spacious with a fun game room on the lower floor. Unfortunately the weather kept us from being to enjoy the backyard too.

Host very accommodating
The host was very responsive and accommodating prior to the arrival. Everything was very clean, organized, and functional. The property felt very safe, and was in a perfect location for us. The only downside was we didn't stay longer, and didn't take advantage of the firepit in the backyard. We will have to do a redo :)

Great spacious home for family vaca!
Spacious home with everything you need for a large family or multiple couples to stay at. Clean and nicely decorated, with great wifi, soft blankets and comfortable beds. Thoughtful additions with plenty of pans and utensils to cook big meals, grill, coffee station, games, and large TVs. 5 mins away from grocery store. Biggest plus was fast and helpful communication with property manager. Would definitely recommend!

Weekend away
The property managers were very accommodating and very quick with communication. We had a great stay. Main level consist of 3 bedrooms (1 king with bathroom attached, and 2 queen bedrooms that share a bathroom across the hall), living room with sun room off the back, kitchen and formal and informal dining room, and laundry room. Downstairs/basement consist of game room with pool table, karaoke speaker (which we LOVED), and other games, another kitchen, another full bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins in a room). Game room also has seating and tv. We had a lovely time and went to downtown Duluth during the day Saturday.

The house was simply fabulous. My family traveled to Atlanta for spring break with 6 kids and 5 adults and there was plenty of space. The home was beautifully decorated and smelled fabulous. The pictures are true and the host was very attentive. Thank you for sharing your home. We will definitely stay here again.
