"What an amazing experience, one I will be talking about and recommending to people for a long while. Rick at the front desk exceeded expectations as far as how friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating he was. I hope to return one day and try to stay in one of the other rooms. I pause to note any fault in this place, but just in case this helps anyone, I had a restless sleep due to the hard mattress and old, flat pillow situation. Maybe bring your own pillows? "

"Great home and very clean. Great communication w/ property owner. Had to extend our stay because of airport closing due to weather in Eugene. We were on the bottom level so when guest were in the up stairs unit it was a bit loud. (perfect when no one was renting out the upper part) "

"Great little three bedroom for the price! It could have been a little cleaner upon arrival, you could tell somebody hadn't been there in a while. Spiders and spider webs inside the dwelling and out. All the issues were relatively minor. The can opener is broken, the hall bath doesn't hold water, and the carpet is frayed in some areas, leaving sharp trip hazards. Overall we had a great day, the place was relatively quiet and close to amenities."

"The cottage was just what we needed. Was perfect for our little family. The living area is not that big if you have alot of people joining you. But theres plenty outdoor space to spend time at. The gazebo has a fireplace and plenty of room. Will stay here again."

"We had a wonderful time! We stayed 7 days. The only feedback we Would want to share is I didn’t feel safe. A lot of homeless people out front of the property. Someone rang our doorbell at 9:30 pm . We were down in the basement. It would have been nice for us to have a camera to see the stairwell. Because of the parking problem you had to get to your car next to several homeless people. We just didn’t feel safe. The property was wonderful , just not the area. .This is a problem of Oregon...
