Built in 2018 Furnished 2 Bedrooms, plus a pull out sofa. 2 full bath Jacobsen manufactured home with complete Impact windows. Beautiful high ceilings, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Island, white kitchen cabinets. Gorgeous laminate floors throughout. Pretty brick paver patio area and a covered front porch.

Nettles Island is an ocean to river 5 star resort community located on beautiful Hutchinson Island across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and surrounded by the Indian River. When you come to visit you will be able to enjoy two junior Olympic size swimming pools, one of them being located at our private ocean access. Enjoy our fitness center, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball, shuffleboard, mini golf and so much more located at our exquisite club house. Nettles has a private marina that offers a grocery market that serves up the best fresh sandwiches and pizza, a hair salon, a boutique and a key west style restaurant. Come enjoy your next vacation relaxing on sandy beaches under beautiful blue skies in paradise!

Wonderful Stay in Nettles Island!
We had such a great time at the Relax Inn! The property was exactly as described, super clean, and stocked with everything we needed! The community at Nettles Island was amazing - the amenities are great and every person we met was lovely! We had the best time!

First time staying in Nettles
Here for the warmth and sunshine and to relax by the pool and beach.. mission accomplished.Had everything we needed in our place, and like others, were happy we rented the golf cart. Everyone we met or had contact with was helpful and friendly.. we’ve been to the Jensen beach area many times before, but first stay in Nettles, and would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Best Vacation EVER
This property is wonderful, clean, and spacious! Me, my adult daughter and granddaughter stayed at this property and it was perfect. Very well stocked with everything you might need! The entire process from booking it online to gaining access at arrival was perfectly easy! Owner also has a beautiful golf cart that was a lot of fun and made getting to/from beach well worth the cost. I visited Nettles Island to celebrate my nephews 40th birthday, we had 4 different families staying on the island and we all had separate cottages and we All had a blast’ I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home, such an easy process to check in and out, also quick response from owners when a question was asked. Although, had I known farther in advance before my trip they offered a golf cart rental I would have rented it from them. Overall, we’d stay there again it was great !

Wonderful rental on popular Nettles Island
Comfortable home on Nettles island that was perfect for our two week vacation with our Labrador. Well equipped, two showers, and a comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Wonderful beaches a walk or short car ride away. Two pools, rec centre and amazing sunsets. Great hosts and the golf cart rental was fun.

Nice cottage
There should of been bedside lamps & one bedroom had one locked closet which didn’t leave much room for clothes. Also wish there was a ironing board and iron. Also would of been better to have some lamps on bed stand tables to read.The little porch out front could use a awning or shades. We liked sitting out there but it got way too hot. Neighbors kept to themselves & all was quiet. Walking distance to pool and little store with restaurant, was very nice.

Friendly people, lots to do, ocean close by
We were pleasantly surprised that virtually everyone we met and talked to was very friendly. Our house was well equipped , clean and comfortable. The AC/Heating system died on us but the mild temperatures meant we were never that uncomfortable. And the owner's parents bought and installed a window AC (a few days before AC/Heat ssytem replaced) which really helped. The list of activities available was mind boggling. The variation in housing types was fascinating. Should we want to repeat our FL visit next year this place will be at top of the liist.

Very modern, clean, had everything there we needed. Loved the parked and the beach was right there across the road. There were 2 heated pools, loved the one on the beach. If we wanted to eat our, there was food at the community center or at the pool on the beach. Highly recommend

Love to go again
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and only a short walk to the heated pool and all the fun activities. The sunset view from the pool was excellent. The second pool is right next to the beach only a quick drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing little cottage!
We absolutely loved the home. Everything was so clean and beautiful. Exactly as advertised. My in laws stayed at another home on the island that was on the water and we all preferred ours. The cost was lower and the home was 100x nicer. The owner/manager was extremely responsive and helped me as we traveled through the storm. She also recommended Toms Golf Carts for cart rental and he dropped off promptly, was very inexpensive (approximately $180 for the week), and delivered and picked up. We can’t say enough! Perfect amount of space for our family of four. Kids didn’t want to leave! The amenities on the island were an added bonus. Everyone very friendly. Can’t wait to return!

Adorable beach cottage setting. Just enough space for a family of 4. The community is quiet, good ammentaties and great location. The rental had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. We relocated and need a temporary situation until our home was ready and this was a little cheaper than hotel but much more relaxed and comfortable. Our only complaints were cleaning crew did not dust/clean under beds well, we were only provided 1 roll of paper towels that was already open, and there was confusion about the car passes. Owner was very responsive though and helped resolve the situation quickly and effectively. We won't be needing a stay again but would highly recommend this to others.
