"We stayed here for 5 nights for my sister's wedding. I received check-in details via text, which was very convenient. The step-by-step (with photos) of how to get to the unit were extremely helpful and easy to follow. I don't think we would have made it otherwise! The apartment was spacious and clean. Three large bedrooms, two good size bathrooms, and even a full in-unit laundry room. I'd recommend Unit 1111 (where we stayed) for sure!"

"We had an excellent stay. Our hosts went out iof their way to ensure our family was well taken care of. The property was close to all we wanted to see and do. It was the perfect property for our family. Thank you again!"

"The property was impeccably clean, and the manager was always accessible and responsive to any questions. "

"The Host was quick to respond and very accommodating to my groups needs. The place itself was clean and well furnished. That being said the neighborhood is a little far from any grocery or restaurant, but nothing a Lime Scooter can’t fix. A great place to stay in Grand Rapids."

"I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place."

"First, we did not receive the welcome emails prior to 4 pm. We contacted the owner several times and VRBO. When VRBO finally reached him, he pretended to "resend" the emails with the entry code after 4:30. The property was exactly what we were looking for for a girl's trip UNTIL we noticed video cameras that had view of the ENTIRE studio, including the beds. We contacted VRBO immediately, took pictures, packed our things, and left while talking to customer service at her advice. She said that we...

"We were in town for a concert and only stayed a couple of nights but it seemed longer because of this wonderful property. The river is so peaceful and beautiful, we would stay again for sure!"

"This was my second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Perfect for staying overnight if you have a VanAndel event to go. Its right across the street! Two bars/restaurants at ground level have great options. The parking garage connected to the hotel will get full on a weekend by 5pm, so keep that in mind.
