"I cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely book again in the future. The apartment was immaculately cleaned, well stocked and absolutely stunning (the 16 year girls said it was tiktok worthy! - the parents said it was the perfect retreat from a long day of shopping with those 16 year olds). Loved being close to downtown Louisville, but enjoyed the quiet and security this property offered.There were a few hiccups upon arrival, but chalked those up to being a newer VRBO listing...

"Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again."

"This was such a charming and very spacious rental. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will look at staying here again when visiting Lousville."

"We had a fine experience here in this area of Louisville. There are several shops many beautiful homes. It’s an older neighborhood. We felt very safe and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but it was convenient to our shopping and Churchill Downs event. The only thing I didn’t understand when I was checking in is that this is an apartment home so there is another apartment being rented, but it provided no problem or issue for us"

"I’m from Louisville, but moved away a few years ago, and the location is perfect! This apartment was absolutely charming; very comfy bed, a good sized kitchen, and a lovely, lighted patio. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Super responsive management team, and a safe and secure environment! Would note, that if you aren’t able to climb stairs, this wouldn’t be your spot, but other than that, I couldn’t recommend it more!"

"It's located on a main street in the city but the noise wasn't bad. Neighbors and traffic were quiet. It was conveniently located to the airport and expo center. I appreciated the hand soap in every restroom and in the kitchen.We had plenty of space for my family of four. My two boys had their own bedrooms. I think the house is fitting for the price, location and space! "

"Property was very clean, smelt great, and spacious. Located in a nice neighborhood. Hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area for an overnight trip. "

"Visiting Louisville for a conference. My stay at the 4th Street Suite was awesome. Great communication! Great location. Very clean! Loved that the reserved parking was close to the apartment. Would stay there again."

"Our stay was just as described. My husband and his friend were participating in the Louisville Ironman that weekend and it provided a great place to stay! Very close to all the downtown events and the neighborhood was really neat. Lots of food options around, both drivable and walkable. We walked to the gelato place a few doors down and it was delicious. Communication with the owner was great, clear instructions, and great follow up. The place was clean and decorated so nice. "Hotel novo, bem localizado, quarto confortável e café da manhã honesto. Porém pessoal d recepção EXTRA confuso com débitos no cartão de crédito que somos obrigados a deixar como garantia. A princípio a Recepção pré lança US$ 25 como garantia no seu cartão ai depois somos surpreendidos com outros lançamentos e temos que perder tempo explicando que são indevidos!!!! No meu caso houveram além dos $ 25, mais 02 lançamentos indevidos e mesmo comunicando e a recepção dizendo que o supervisor iria estornar um dos lançamentos permaneceu!!!! Dor de cabeça!!!!"
