" The location on top of the mountain provided spectacular views and cool mornings even in July. I would suggest putting a medium sized skillet in the house to use with the convection hot plate. The fridge may need checking also. It took most of three days to cool down. Overall this is a great rental which I think was an outstanding value. I would definately stay here again."

"😃 The cabin has comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, great for colder days! the kitchen has new utensils and appliances. outside there's a nice fire pit, great for hot chocolate and marshmallows! Excellent location and incredible river view. we love to stay in the cabin for 4 days, we'll definitely be back! Suggestion: a hot tub would make the cabin perfect! 😕deep cleaning in the bathrooms, watch out for spider web."

"My family and I, along with our 2 dogs absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was well stocked, clean and cozy. We experienced it all: the hot tub, both hiking trails, the creek across the street, the fire pit and the front porch sitting. We even got to enjoy a little snow! It was the PERFECT get away & we will definitely come back to stay again!"

"This was our third stay in the cabin. Our kids count down the days every year until we get to go. It’s peaceful, cozy, clean, and the perfect size for our family of 4. The hot tub off the back deck is perfect. The creek is right outside one of the bedroom windows and is so wonderful to fall asleep to. It’s so close to Boone and Blowing Rock- the perfect location!
