Beautiful villa with private pool in Javea, on the gorgeous Costa Brava, Spain for up to 6 people.
The Mediterranean villa is located in the quiet and elegant district of Cap Marti.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a great kitchen. In addition, an extra accessible, small apartment with bedroom, kitchen and small bathroom.
We bought this villa in the summer of 2019 from a Swiss family. We will be remodeling them for you and our guests in October 2019, make them a bit more modern and have some nice pictures taken. From November, everything will be ready for you and us to feel at home. New bedding, towels, freshly painted and nicely furnished. We are very happy and we are sure that you will like the same!
In the winter of 2019/20 we will also build a brand new summer outdoor kitchen with adjoining covered dining area outside by the pool.
The villa has a fantastic view of the sea and the Cap San Antonio.

The 10 x 5 meter pool is heated and guaranteed during the transitional period wonderful, stress-free holidays.
The villa has a beautiful Arcadeengang of original Tosca stone. Here you sit comfortably and protected, and in the summer, above all, wonderfully cool, let your mind wander, enjoy the view over the bay of Javea in the distance and will never want to leave like us.
The whole property is over 1000 square meters and completely flat. The inside of the villa is also level and barrier-free. At the entrance to the property is an automatic sliding gate, the property is fully fenced and lined with gorgeous, colorful hedges so you can enjoy maximum privacy within the property.

The inside of the villa is fully air conditioned and has underfloor heating and an open fireplace.
High-speed Wi-Fi with fiber optic connection, real leather luxury sofa, flat screen TV with Netflix - Movie connection - you and your family will certainly want for nothing.

The villa is located in the very quiet residential area of Cap Marti, Javea. Supermarkets can be reached in 2-3 minutes. The beautiful sandy beach is 5 minutes by car, to the small, picturesque bays with it is a maximum of 10 minutes.

Javea is a great town, which differs in particular from the many other cities on the Costa Blanca, that there is virtually no "cheap tourism". The majority of the guests stay in the private villas, besides there are 2-3 smaller hotels and comparably few apartment complexes.
The city is very clean and safe. A great beach promenade with nice restaurants and bars, a picturesque old town and an original harbor district characterize this pearl on the Costa Brava.

From April to October the arrival and departure day is Saturday. For other days ask how to inquire before. Thank you so much!

In the months November to March we offer for long-term tenants (from 4 weeks) depending on the duration of the booking high special discounts. Please ask us without obligation.

Dear prospective customer, unfortunately, we have so far of course no reviews for our villa, since we start with the rental brand new, and the villa was previously privately inhabited. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you are unsure, have questions or would like more information.

Entspannter Urlaub in einem tollen Haus
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit riesigem Pool, Jacuzzi, Außenküche und Garten sehr genossen. Bei Ankunft wurde uns von der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort alles gezeigt und erklärt. Der Kontakt zu den sehr netten Gastgebern war unkompliziert und angenehm. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und insgesamt hervorragend ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus ohne Probleme weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir wurden direkt nach Buchung vom Eigentümer kontaktiert. Vor Ort eine mehrsprachige Betreuerin welche uns bestens informiert und alles genau erklärt hat und bei weiteren Fragen stehts zur Verfügung stand. Es war sehr sauber. Ein toller Außenbereich, sehr gepflegt mit einer großen Vielfalt an heimischen Pflanzen. Der beheizte große Pool und Jacuzzi runden das Erlebnis ab. Ebenfalls eine komplett eingerichtete Außen Küche, 4 Gasbrenner, Kühlschrank und sogar Spülmaschine und Arbeitsflächen. Photovoltaik auf den Dach. Wir haben diese Villa aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und Außenbereich gewählt. Es war alles genauso wie auf der Webseite kommuniziert. Wir haben schon viele Villen/Apartments rund um den Globus gemietet. Die Villa Espada gehört aufgrund des Gesamtpaketes zu den Top 3. Besten Dank an Rainer, Georgy & Co.

Amazing Large Villa
The outdoor space was fantastic. Unfortunately no water in the jacuzzi and the ping pong table couldn’t be used due to being located in a very hot garage. The stunning sea view would have been years ago when trees were not matured. You are paying for the outdoor space. Not walking distance from the local beaches.

We had the best time
We had the best time, amazing location, really easy to get to the beach and local shops around a 5 min drive. The outdoor kitchen was amazing, I was able to cook and still watch the kids in the pool. The bedroom layout was fab, we were all close and the children felt safe. The communication with the owner was brilliant, very informative, and touched base throughout our stay. It was a great Villa for our family.

Schöne Vills Espada
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Espada. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alle Zimmer klimatisiert und komplett Eingezäunt. Die Outdoor Küche war wunderbar und der Pool ein Genuss. Die Komminikation mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich und zeitnah.

A very nice villa and and a helpful landlord
We spent two weeks in this fantastic house and are extremely pleased with both the location and the facilities that were offered, e.g. pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, etc. In the large pool we spent many lovely hours, the adjacent outdoor kitchen was perfect for both breakfast and dinner or just to be able to go straight up from the pool and get something cooling to drink from the fridge. Everything was perfect and felt well thought out. The area is very quiet, we hardly saw or heard neighbors or passing cars. We had a rental car and always took it on the way down to Arenal beach or further into Javea. Of course it would have been possible to go to the beach, probably about 20 minutes, but as the roads are quite narrow without sidewalks before you reach the "centre", it didn't feel interesting. Our host Rainer was always available if we had questions, as was Georgiana who received us on the day of arrival, very helpful. In summary: A great villa we would be happy to rent again, 10/10!

Amazing villa
We had a fantastic time at this wonderful villa, fully accessible throughout, including shallow steps and a handrail into the pool - which is very hard to find. Everywhere was easy to access so we had one very happy disabled customer. It's a very quiet location, hardly any noise or passing traffic. It's a 20 minute downhill walk into the Arenal area where you will find shops, restaurants and bars aplenty; definitely a taxi back though, these hills are steep! I had planned on hiring a mobility scooter but the location is not suitable for that, the roads are single track and very narrow with no pavements until you get into town so it would have been dangerous to try; the hills were too steep for my wheelchair so I was stuck with taxis which were quite expensive. However the taxi company we used was reliable, friendly and accessible so we were happy to use them. I wouldn't market this as 'car not required', it would have been useful to have a car and would have been cheaper than the multiple taxis we used. But that doesn't take away from the fact that this is an amazing villa and the owner couldn't have been more helpful from day one right through to the end of our holiday. Would I go back? Probably not, but that's mainly because of the location and my particular circumstances of being disabled, the property was first class and I would highly recommend it.

Well Needed Break
Picked this property as it was all on one level. My husband has Parkinson’s and we also had our 1 yr old grandson with us. The villa suited all our needs perfectly, my daughter , son in law and baby stayed in the separate “apartment “ and was great for them. The grounds are beautiful and the outside kitchen is so well equipped that you don’t need to use inside. We love Javea and this villa was the best we have stayed in. We will definitely stay here again! 😊

Didn’t want to leave!
We have just spent a month there and loved so much about this villa and the area. Just a short drive or 40 minute walk to Arenal beach which is just humming with great selection of restaurants, bars and a beautiful beach which is perfect for the children. The villa has everything you want for your stay and the outside space is wonderful. We loved the heated pool, hot tub and the outdoor kitchen and bathroom. We had such a great time, can’t wait to return.

Tolles Haus
Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem tollen Anwesen. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und auch mit Andrea der Property Managerin war klasse zumal sie Deutsch spicht. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus und ein toller Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen. Villa Espada - Perfect family holiday
Just returned from a wonderful week spent at Villa Espada with 5 other family members and could not have asked for more. Just wish I had booked it for longer. When I first found this Villa on the website both myself and my daughter fell in love with it. The pictures don't actually do it full justice as it is more impressive in real life. The view was stunning and the privacy you have is superb. The outdoor kitchen, shower and toilet were fantastic, with a high quality finish and the perfect addition to the villa. Majority of our time was spent outside making use of such wonderful facilities. All the rooms were great sizes with more than enough space for all. The beds in every room had quality mattresses and I can honestly say the most comfortable I have slept on any holiday. Thank you Rainer....this made such a difference. Communication with the owner Rainer was great, with information and updates supplied without any prompting with well wishes received both on arrival and departure. Fantastic location with supermarket 3 mins away and El Arenal beach/town a very short 5 min drive. Javea old town was approx 10 min drive with its quaint streets and houses. Comes alive of an evening with the busy restaurants that line the streets around the centre. Found a lovely little cocktail bar "Aya Huma" that serves amazing cocktails. Would definitely return to this Villa in the future without a doubt. Thanks again Rainer.....Perfect!!!!!

Could not wish for anything better
We had an amazing 2 weeks at Villa Espada. The Villa is a great space to relax. The pool is a great size and having it to dip into during the day was welcome. There is ample seating area and it is possible to find shade ant time of the day. There is a really helpful kitchen outside which is where we spent most of our food prep time (and a bbq) All bedrooms are a good size and have air conditioning. Communication with Rainer, the host was good and although I never met him in person it didn’t feel like he was far away should the need arise. The Villa is located just a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. Further afield we visited Aqualandia (water park fun) in Benidorm and also we took a day trip to València which is just over an hours drive. Would totally recommend staying!

Schönes Haus in hervorragender Lage
Wir haben als Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 kleinen Kindern zwei Wochen Urlaub hier verbracht. Das Haus ist gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, besonders genossen haben wir aber den Außenbereich. Der große Pool ist wunderschön und die Außendusche mit warmem Wasser ein Highlight. Für sehr hellhäutige Menschen (wie mich) und kleine Kinder wäre noch ein Möglichkeit gut, den Pool teilweise zu verschatten, Spaniens Sonne brennt auch im Juni schon heftig. Gekocht haben wir überwiegend in der wundervollen Außenküche oder mit dem Gasgrill. Es gibt genügend Sitzgelegenheiten, drinnen wie draußen, besonders gern haben wir im überdachten Arkadengang gesessen, wo es ab 11:00 Uhr schattig war und auch immer ein wenig Wind geht. Die Schlafräume lassen sich durch die Klimaanlagen angenehm kühl halten. Das hätten wir uns auch für das Wohnzimmer gewünscht, da wir abends zum Spielen den großen Tisch dort genutzt haben, aber die Wärme ließ sich durch Lüften nur ungenügend reduzieren. Das Grundstück liegt am Hang, ist in sich aber eben und lässt sich gut erreichen. Wir konnten mit zwei Autos gut auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück parken. Der Strand von Javea ist in einer schönen Bucht mit flachem Zugang zum Meer und schöner Promenade. Javea ist touristisch erschlossen, aber nicht überlaufen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind schnell erreicht. Die Verwalterin und der Vermieter waren bei Fragen und Problemen jederzeit erreichbar. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den alle genossen haben!

Fantastic Villa & Wonderful owner
Absolutely fantastic Villa, very well equipped. Pool heating was wonderful. Outdoor kitchen, toilet and shower are brilliant (as other guests have said we hardly used the showers indoors) Comfortable beds, sofas & outdoor seating. Good location with supermarkets just a few minutes drive and only 5 minutes drive down to the beautiful bars and restaurants of Arenal. Javea port and old town 10 mins. Have had a number of beautiful Villas in Javea in the past and this is without doubt the best of them all. Rainer was the perfect host, communication was great and you can really see the thought and investment that has gone into the Villa. Very sad to leave as really felt at home but we will definitely be back. Thank you Rainer

Tolles Haus, wir haben es genossen!
Wir waren begeistert von dieser Location. Sehr geräumig, alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Der Pool inklusive der Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt, die außenküche ideal und gut eingerichtet. Grill, Paella-Pfanne, Tischtennis-Platte, Liegen am Pool, Klimaanlage, Bäder ... alles in bester Verfasssung. Wir hatten einfach eine gute Woche in dieser ruhigen Villa, vielen Dank!

Absolutely fantastic - the best Javea villa we have ever stayed in
My family and I enjoyed three fantastic weeks at Villa Espada this summer. Having been enticed by the photos of the large pool, outdoor kitchen and seating areas, this villa looked like the perfect place for us to spend our summer holiday… we were right! 🙂 The villa is exactly as in the photos. The pool had the sun all day long, unlike many villas in Javea we have stayed at where the pool is in shade for much of the day. The outdoor toilet facilities were a great bonus, which avoided the danger of the kids running through the villa with wet feet. The outdoor shower was blissful – we actually used this for all our showers throughout our stay as it was powerful and warm! Unlike most outdoor pool showers with only cold water (brrr!), this has a proper mixer shower - just like in the bathrooms inside. There’s just something so lovely about showering outside whilst listening to the birds, cicadas and rustling of palm trees 😍 We used the fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area daily and enjoyed several barbecues during our stay too (I highly recommend the ‘solomillo’ steaks from Mercadona!). The pergola shade over the outdoor dining table was the perfect place under which to enjoy a morning coffee, as well as our lunches and evening meals, whilst being protected from the summer sun. Villa Espada is in a quiet, safe area of Javea and isn’t overlooked by neighbouring properties, so we really were able to enjoy some private, chilled out and quality family time there. The grounds of the villa are large and well looked after by the gardener. The villa is gated, so nice and secure too. It’s just a few minutes drive to the nearest supermarket (Consum) and the Arenal is about 6 minutes away by car. Although only installed in the bedrooms, the air conditioning ensured a comfortable night’s sleep and also gave us some respite from the hot Spanish summer during the day (you’ve got to enjoy the occasional siesta, right?!) There’s a table tennis table in the garage which we used lots. The area just outside the garage is shaded in the morning, so we simply wheeled the table outside for some light morning exercise. I ended up being the overall champion of course, much to my wife’s disappointment! We have spent many years holidaying in Javea, and this was definitely the best villa we have stayed in. Thank you Rainer for being the absolute perfect host – we would love stay in touch and come back to your lovely villa again next time we return to Javea.

The Property owner and manager were both excellent. They responded immediately to any requests or problems we had, which was wonderful during our stay. The villa was beautiful, with everything provided to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We would certainly stay here again and would definitely recommend.
