"We just wanted a place to get away from all the noise of the world. This was perfect. The fact that we were able to bring our little dog with us truly enhanced our stay. Looking out on the serene river was wonderful. The house had everything that we needed and more. The only thing I would say is a couple of night lights would be nice but other than that, it was terrific. We had a campfire. We cooked on the grill. There was plenty of hot water for showers. Went fishing. And surprisingly enough...

"This is a very nice home in a gated community. The master suite is amazing. The pool was heated to perfection and its really close to shops and Wal-Mart. My only complaint is there was no electric or water at the dock. We had a great time at this house. I highly recommend this property."

"Clean and comfortable accommodations. Just as described in ad. Close to town but off road and private. Will definitely stay again. Bed is queen, comfortable and soft sheets. I’d recommend having a lamp somewhere in room cause over head lights are bright. Nice size bathroom. Very happy with everything. Thank you. "

"We stayed here during a sports tournament in Lake City. Not a bad drive to Lake City and just a few minutes from Live Oak. Plenty of beds for our group of six. Great sitting area on the back deck and fire pit. Complimentary snacks, all the bedding, dishes, towels, soaps, etc. that we needed. Definitely beats staying in a hotel. Just a few things keeping this from a 5-star rating: 1. The king size beds are very soft and feel old. I'm used to a firm memory foam mattress, so these soft spring...

"Kelly is an awesome host. Even though some of their property was damaged two weeks before by Hurricane Helene, they let us shelter there when our place was evacuated for Hurricane Milton. We have an old dog and a pet chicken which she allowed us to bring. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable & all our needs were met.The cabin is really cute and very rural."
