"The owner Suzanne is very personable & welcoming. She lives on the property & the apt is at the lower level with an independent entrance. The space is nicely done & a practical kitchen, & seating area. She had some supplies in the kitchen which were very thoughtful -esp if you are on the road eg milk, cereal, sugar, salt etc
The grounds are quite lovely - a nice garden with flowers, ferns, Orchids & tropical fruit trees,
You are free to walk around & help yourself to fruit if u want to. The...
"Responded immediately with all our needs I got home and I’m day dreaming about the view it’s even better then the photos very accommodating we loved this place on site restaurant was soooo good staff was nice they offered pick up from airport for additional fee which was cheaper than cabs because it is all the way up the mountain the property was spacious, clean linens washer and dryer in the unit full kitchen the bedrooms was spaced out ideal for families traveling we took out boys they played...

"The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance.
Community is gated so the added security benefit is there."
"Best value for money in Kingston. Safe, clean apartment with everything you need for self-catering and great air-conditioning and wi-fi. So close to the US Embassy, our trip went smoothly. Only issue is that check-in is very late and check-out is very early."
"I dont recommend. By far, my worse experience in a hotel. The pillows haven't been changed from previous guests as there were hair on them. The room wasn't as the picture, but a small cubicle with a window with a wall half a meter from it! The breakfast you need to take it to the room and it's serve in plastic cup and dishes... Very bad value for the money spent. First and last time here. Dont recommend"

It is NOT close to the actual city. I would NOT use a rental car to commute there. Use a cab or Uber only. It costs about 10-15 dollars (US) each way to the Half Tree area and a little more for other popular sites.
