Beautiful stay in bemus
We traveled down to see Tom Segura. What a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! The house had everything and more! It was beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. Located in the heart of Venus point with so many wonderful sites and restaurants. Would recommend 12 out of 10!! Thank you!

Just perfect
What a nice house, and it was immaculate. We had the nicest weekend, catching up with family and celebrating a birthday. The house was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with quality pots and pans and utensils. The beds were comfortable. The living room was spacious, with plenty of seating. It looks like the house has been recently remodeled. I loved the floors. The house was in a great location, with good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We really enjoyed our quick weekend qetaway. Thank you!

Wonderful house
We loved this house! We had 6 adults and it was very comfortable for us. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality amenities and the bathrooms are stocked with plenty of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. We loved the deck for hanging out and even used the grill for dinner one evening. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating along with blankets, games, etc... The location to town is walking distance for anyone that is fairly active. We walked it several times without any issues. The only thing that was a bit of a struggle for us was the limited number of mirrors in the house. The bedrooms don't have mirrors so it is just the mirrors in the bathrooms (and one in the kitchen buffet area). Just pack a travel mirror for your group if needed. Overall, we were VERY pleased with the house, the amenities, and the location.

Fantastic House and Location!
This house and it's amazing deck and sizable yard is the perfect place to stay when visiting Bemus! My local family (why we were there visiting) came over for a drink on the deck and were all very impressed with the house and loved the location. The front porch and deck were beautifully setup and comfortable + the house had great amenities- everything we needed! We walked to and from the coffee shops / restaurants / playground multiple times a day to get steps in (plus it is so close you would feel guilty bothering to drive and park). The kids enjoyed the yard- I felt a little guilty with the houses being a bit close during tantrums but that's life with a 4 and 2 year old. Overall a fantastic spot- I highly recommend!! The only downside was a mixup in payment with Evolve, the mgmt company, it was easily settled, I just felt guilty bothering the nice owner since it took awhile for Evolve to connect with me directly. It certainly wouldn't stop me from recommending this highly to anyone visiting Bemus- or stop us from trying to book it again next time we come to town! :)

Great Stay
This place was the perfect place for 3 couples and a Baby to stay for a local wedding. Great value. Great proximity to a cute lake side town. We were able to bike around town and the local state park.

We had three couples who stayed at the house. Great house, very clean, had everything we needed. Great front porch and back deck, unfortunately the weather was very cold! Great ammenities in the house, we were close to many things. Perfect for a weekend away.

All we needed
Home was cozy and the perfect amount of room for our family that was in and out for two nights. Not much hanging out because we were in and out so much, skiing and tubing…didn’t even have time to write in the guest book (sorry!). Perfect location between Holiday Valley and the Peak. Can’t wait to check out the area in the summer, looks like a of happenings in town for the summer months!

Thanksgiving weekend getaway
My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Very cozy and comfortable. Unfortunately it snowed the night we got there. We stayed indoors the whole weekend but it was nice. Would love to come in the summer.

All around a very nice property to rent for our fall break. Very cozy, we loved the electrical fireplace inserts in every bedroom of the house. Very relaxing. Everything went off without a hitch. Except for the door knob of the back door. There was no instructions on how to pull the lever before inserting the key. Not knowing this the lever door knob fell off. I called the property owner and it was fixed in no time at all.

Cute home in heart of village
We enjoyed our week in this cute home in the village. The lovely enclosed porch to the open back deck was great for a nice peaceful week in the village. The beds are very comfortable & the kitchen is certainly complete with all modern appliances. A short walk took us to the gulf course, shops, restaurants, and the lake.

Girls Weekend
We had a great experience renting this property. Bed were very comfortable. Once constructive feedback I could give is that it really could use a full length mirror on the back of one or two of the bedroom doors. At one point I think each girl I was with mentioned looking for one. Besides that I felt we had everything we needed and more.
