This is a great setting, peaceful, great cabin and amenities. Property manager is always available, even supplied extra ice for our day on the lake. Definitely will stay again!

Host thought of EVERYTHING!
We had anything and everything we needed for our lake vacation, even a cooler filled with ice waiting for us when we arrived! Cabin is clean and nicely decorated, and everything outside was very well-kept. We loved it!

The property and host were absolutely awesome. The property was as advertised if not better. New, clean and wonderfully decorated. Excellent pool! Host was attentive, helpful and friendly. This is the definition of 5 star experience.

Exceeded our expectations!
We stayed for a long weekend with three other couples. The responsiveness of the owners, the cleanliness of the property, and the setting all exceeded expectations. My husband now wants to downsize to a home of this design. The location that pops up on booking looks like it is in Jamestown, but the actual location is south of town and closer to Jamestown marina which was perfect for us since we were planning to be on the lake. The setting was beautiful, and the golf cart paths were great for hiking. The house had everything we needed. Each time we thought we didn’t have something we would find it later. We just had to look a little better. I did bring extra paper towels (only because I use more than others typically). They even supplied a cooler of ice for us which was so helpful!

We had a wonderful experience! The cottage was extremely clean, and every detail thought out to make for a great stay. Communication with property manager was superb! She helped with any questions. Couldn’t recommended more for your trip to Jamestown!

Nicest VRBO in Jamestown
This was truly the nicest place to stay in Jamestown. The property is brand new but everything is top notch. The landscaping, the outdoor lighting, all the finishes, the decorating, the appliances, the extra touches such as shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, the s’mores kit, the coffee station. The property is amazing with it paths and the views and the fire pits. The linens were so nice! If I could change one thing (and this is not picking), some sorry of shelf or night stand to set my glasses and phone. Otherwise I literally would not change anything else. We loved it and we will be back. Often. And then some more.

New Construction in a Great Location with Awesome Owners!
Hard to beat new construction, but Brian and Deana exceeded expectations by going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our trip and answering all our questions. From the little things like providing treats for the kids, ice for our coolers and wood for the fire pit. The house has a great layout for up to 8 people with an open kitchen and living room floor plan and awesome covered back deck. It has higher end finishes that you wouldn't expect in something built exclusively for renting and it's in a quiet subdivision with plenty of walking paths. The house is also in a great location for boating being only a couple miles away from two different boat launches. The vision they have for the entire property is pretty cool and we look forward to returning and seeing it come to life!
