"Our group included three young people (ages 18-22) and all of us were incredibly impressed with the lodging itself - a whole charming house - and especially with the location, near the lovely town of Antigonish and very near to a fantastic 4 km long beach (Pomquet Beach) with seals, fir trees, spectacular sunsets, etc. We went in January - not a time in Nova Scotia for the timid - and the house was warm and cozy and the host had the driveway plowed for us as soon as we asked. "The house is, technically, as described but there are a few design issues that made it hard to use. The ladder, which is needed to access the loft, blocks the bathroom door. So if you have it in place for climbing, it has to be moved to open the loo door, then moved back to climb back up again. We have stayed in tiny houses before and found them easier to maneuver around. Which would be fine but at this price it should be somewhat more comfy. Caveat Emptor"

"The house is clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated with lots of space. All amenities were available. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable, with a view of the ocean. "The house was amazing! Very modern and state of the art but extremely comfortable. Immaculately clean. The water views and sunsets were incredible. Hosts were very attentive to questions. The only downside, there were six adults and the hot water didn’t last beyond two showers."

"This was one of our best vacations. We love to be by ourselves. The Rv is on its own big property connected to a wonderful beach. With two bedrooms, two bads, kitchen und seating area, the trailer has everything you need. A big deck and a hottub, which we really enjoyed. Pots, pans, airfryer, toaster, coffee maker and a huge fridge with freezer. Because the next shopping option is in Antigonish ( 30 min) away. I recommend that if you come like us with the pkane, to stop at the grocery store...
