The garden setting is lovely and loved the swimming pool which we used as it was quite windy during our visit. "Cozy and convenient place to stay. Nearby multiple beaches, restaurants, shop outlets and my favourite, the brewery. Even with heavy rains and winds the accommodation was ideal for a day inside with a range or games and books along with the essential tv. Would recommend and stay again next time. "

"House is lovely but a little tired in some areas and outside needs some tlc. Gardens are a mess. Vacuum cleaner doesnt suck and straw broom has seen better days and we couldnt sweep with it. Disappointed there was no doona covers on the beds. Neighbour over back fence is a winger as she said my dog howled when we left, however we left and stopped up the road and listened numerous times and there was no howling. "Great location in between town and pippies beach. The unit is very basic but functional. Had a top loader washing machine, no dishwasher, only one air conditioner at the front of the property so the bedrooms were hot! Shower is in the laundry which is fine. Main issue was the toilet smelt like a rank men’s public toilet despite every effort to clean it. Had to keep the door shut at all times. Needs to be fixed!"

Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand.
