This paradise located in a walkable distance to Katoomba street where the shops, restaurants and sight seeing points are. The house is spacious and very clean when arrive, fitted with comfy bed and sofa, and comes with huge front and backyard for my four-legged friends to run around and explore. This is the place not to miss in Katoomba!"

"The property was exactly as advertised and contained everything we needed for our stay. The location was very convenient -only 15 mins out of Jindabyne and less than half an hour to Kosciuszko NP. The tiny house was surrounded by bushland and farmland, and there was plenty of wildlife spotting. Craig was welcoming and accommodating, and his thoughtfulness in establishing the accommodation is evident. I would definitely recommend Big Yard Escapes as a peaceful getaway from the city or the grind. "

"Beautiful view. Parking is a problem. Bathroom is tiny. Kitchen not well stocked. Overall the apartment is ok but not amazing. View is the best part."

The property manager was quick to respond to messages and was prompt in providing information. The concrete structure kept the summer temperatures cool.
