"This property was really nice. There was enough space and everything was very clean. The host was very responsive. We didn't cook much but the kitchen seemed pretty stocked. The only thing I wish we had done differently was bring our beach towels. "

"We had a really nice experience and highly recommend this place. We were 6 adults and 1 dog. The house was charming with a nicely equipped kitchen, and a good sized dining room and living room. The man cave downstairs was a nice touch as was the spacious outside space with fenced in yards. Two of the bedrooms are nice and big. The other two rooms have a single with a trundle. The trundle bed frames are a bit squeaky so putting the mattress on the ground was better. Watch out for speed traps. ...

"The property is clean and comfortable. It is in a very quiet area with beautiful night sky. I would give this property a 10 of 10 if it were not for some small but needed repairs. the bathroom faucets need attention, one did not work at all. The lock on the master bedroom door is stuck in the locked position so the door cannot be closed. Other than that this a wonderful property we loved it."

"We loved staying at this location! It's only about 5 miles out of Kanab, and it felt secluded and private. We could see the Milky Way each night. The design of the cabin is perfect for two couples, with two bedrooms and two en suites bathrooms that were very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own dinner one night. They had plenty of dog blankets to provide as well. I highly recommend staying here! "

"A nice quiet place to stay in the middle of many things to do. The town of Fredonia does not have any places to eat, but you are only 8 miles from Kanab Utah. Watch your driving in Fredonia ( speed ) because the police like to stop people. Overall it was a great place to stay"
