You'll find it easy to fully relax here. Miles of wind-swept beach lie just beyond the building, beachside restaurants surround it, and activities like golf, jungle tours, and hikes are just a short trip away.
This condo features an open floor plan with a spacious living area, an expansive outdoor balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms. In between trips to the beach, enjoy the home's cable TV, DVD player, and free WiFi, or take a nap on the comfortable white leather couch while a tropical breeze blows.
Whip up coast-inspired cuisine in the full kitchen, which has all the cookware, ample countertops, and appliances needed for easy meal prep. Choose to eat with your group in any of three places: at the three-seat breakfast bar, the glass-top table, or at the wicker set on the outdoor balcony (a favorite for dinners paired with sunset views).
Up to four guests are accommodated in two bedrooms. The master suite offers a king bed while the guest bedroom has a queen bed. There are two bathrooms - one in the master suite with a lovely walk-in shower and one standard bathroom belonging to the guest bedroom. Other amenities include a community pool on the ground floor and in-home washer/dryer.
Snorkeling, kite boarding, surfing, swimming, and many more water sports lie just offshore, but you could also take a fun day trip for a lush hike in Manuel Antonio National Park (50 miles south), or snap pictures of tropical flowers and a cascading waterfall at Pura Vida Gardens and Waterfall (16 miles north).

Great location & condo
Overall these are really very nice condo units exactly as shown in the photos and the rooms are very spacious with large en suite bathrooms. However there were some glitches. We notified the manager but only some things were addressed. The elevators were not working for a couple of days; we had to climb 8 stories with groceries! In the end only one elevator worked. Our room safe jammed but was opened with a special key. The toaster did not work at all. The fridge leaked on kitchen floor constantly. The TV remotes did not work, either low batteries or connectivity problems. The dining table was not clean & a few other items could have been cleaned better. However in spite of all these issues it was a great place to stay with gorgeous views essentially at the beach & an easy walk into town. It was also very helpful to have a washer/dryer in the unit.

Amazing sunsets
The property is just as the pictures showed. It was very clean and incredibly spacious. The kitchen is minimally equipment with essentials. Could have used a few more things like bigger bowls and maybe a baking sheet for the oven but not a big deal. The guards at the controlled entrance give an extra sense of security. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

this would be our 5th stay over 7 years, 5 different condoss/rooms.. all 2 bed.. over all nice place great location. beds and rooms very clean.but starting to show a little age.. a few negatives this year (its been 2 years) that we noticed nothing major but inconvenienced us.. 1) key pad not working so had to use keys 2 keys 4 people..just easier when i could get into room without looking for a key. and bothering soneone ealse.. 2) gate from pool area to beach.. nice for safty.. but waiting around for security to let us in.. some had a pass/code to get in.. suspect "owners" 3) controversial but putting towels out early.. was told by security we could not.. when pointed to other lounge chairs that had towels and no people he typed in is phone in English "they are owners".. well..!!! all in all a nice place.. and comfortable hope they continue to update.

Excellent stay at 802S
Location was perfect. Spectacular sunset views from the 8th floor balcony. Steps to pool with chairs overlooking the beautiful surf. Jaco beach at this particular location was perfect with wide beautiful sandy beach at low tide. Great location with many excellent restaurants within short walking distance. Minor issues (e.g. coffee pot was wrong so you had to hold pot to dispense coffee, dryer sounded like a jackhammer) but perfect otherwise.

great location beach needs cleaning up
Very nice experience overall. My only problem and why I'm staying at a different place next week was the older pool guard! My 3.5yr old was playing in the pool. He told us to have her stop RUNNING in the pool! I know there is no running ON the deck at any pool for safety. But he made a very strong point that made us uncomfortable. Maybe need to lighten up on rules. Until then I will stay elsewhere. Everything else was very nice

Lovely condo on the beach
We stayed 4 days in this condo in Jaco - April 3rd to7th. It is very clean and accessible to everything. Beautiful view from the balcony. The pool is lovely too. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Jaco.

Spent first four hours of stay with maintenance personnel. Air conditioning unit leaking water in kitchen, gallons flooded area upon disassembly, finally left, and upon return ac was working. Safe unit had no instructions. Ice maker not functional. Stove burner would not turn off. Many problems with unit. Vacated unit and rented another condo, but I did pay for my entire stay.

Diamante is a beautiful place and location. The amount of open prostitution in town was disturbing. On many occasions obvious prositutes were coming and going at all hours of the day and night from Diamante Del Sol. 75 year old men at the pool with there 22 year old "girl friends" If your ok with this fill your boots, Apparently families dont go to Jaco anymore due to the prositution. This was evident. We have been to Tamarindo,, regret trying Jaco...you want a taste of Costa Rica, go To Tamarindo, 100% better.

The property -pool was very nice-clean and the view we had was wonderful. Walking distance to town
from our condo we over looked the pool and had wonderful views of the ocean. I was able to step out the front door and view every sunrise over the mountains and town (look past the empty lot and other unattractive sights) and each sunset from the balcony. Town is withing walking distance and quit frankly we did not rent a car for the entire week as excursions provided transportation from the property. The condo we stayed in was nice enough however a few simple conveniences if added would make the renters stay much nicer- sharp knives-plastic wrap and or bags-foil- a small dish soap and a few dishwasher tabs-a coffee pot that works(ours was replaced but it also over-flowed). ice cube trays- maybe a small bag of coffee for the first morning- We had none of these conveniences. (laundry soap and body wash-shampoo and conditioner were appreciated). I work in the VRBO industry and all of our properties or condo's leave these items. I purchased all the mentioned items and left them (obviously) at the end of our stay- hopefully they were left for the next people. We had a few issues with the condo and while it took a bit to reach management ( no one on site so use the number by the phone-takes you to the USA but the gentleman was very helpful). Also the description states nearly everyone is bi-lingual or more- we found no one working on the property that spoke English). The gal i worked with in booking arrangements was in the end able to satisfy our issues. Thank you Katrina Jimenez. Over all i would recommend this property- the ocean breeze and views make it a winner.

Fabulous location and spacious unit for me, my wife and 4 year old son!
Great location! On the beach, walking distance to markets and many restaurants. Two en suite bedrooms with full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom in the hallway made it easy living for me, my wife and our 4 year old son. Many moments were shared on the large balcony while listening to the waves. Owners/managers through Vacasa have have close relationship with Xporatura with tours and transportation made very easy when needed. Service was also sensational. We'll be back!

Can’t say enough about this unit. Clean, spacious, great beach views and ICE COLD A/C. We have stayed at Diamanté at least 4 times and this is a great unit. Price was excellent and entire rental experience was easy. Will do it again soon!

Clean, modern condo with amazing views
We received our check in information through an email prior to arrival in Costa Rica as promised. The condo was clean and stocked with necessary kitchen and bathroom items. The setup of the condo is great. Upon entry into the condo, both of the bedrooms with ensuites are on either side, the half bath and laundry room are off the hallway and the wall of windows is straight ahead through the open concept living, kitchen and dining areas. Everything was clean and up-to-date. We did not utilize the daily maid service, but it was an option. All the public areas in the complex were clean and updated. The pool was gorgeous and just big enough for the complex.

It’s a gorgeous condo. Very large and airy and beach front . We loved the pool!
What a wonderful location.. on the edge of town and very quiet. It also had an enormous balcony—we had coffee each morning and watched the sunset each evening — that was my favorite part !! What I did not like was the smell—extremely musty. We also had NO air conditioning in the master bedroom although we called and asked them to fix that. A couple other things were broken and we advised them about those also.
