Studio Unit

We offer a unique stay in a natural setting under a majestic tree canopy and are a two minute walk to the beach. Our studio suite has a kitchenette, queen sized bed in bedroom area, hide a bed couch in the living room, smart TV equipped with apps for a wide variety of shows, and high speed internet. Kitchenettes include refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cook top, dishes and utensils. Enjoy large front decks in a beautiful natural setting.

Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival or forfeit one night room and tax cost.
Pet Fee is a one time payment of $40 per pet, max 2 per cottage, dogs only.
No refunds for early departure

We loved it.

We loved the property and the convenience of the location, the only issue we had was being blocked in by another guest the following morning because they said the parking lot was full.

It was very clean and in a cute setting. Dogs are welcome but there is really no space to walk them on property. No pool for children. It was very close to the beach, 4 min. Walk and a great beach bar/ restaurant that also welcomed our dog. Small and quaint setting. We were happy with our choice.

Dog Friendly and Close to the Beach

We are so happy to have stumbled upon this property! As dog owners, we cherish times spent with our pup and our forever grateful for places that allow us to bring him. we were in studio unit number 18. The air conditioner was cold, was fast, and there wasn’t a lot of noise from outside while sleeping. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants, as well as a smooth contact free check-in process made it even better. We will definitely be back!

Loved it. It was wonderful. It was beautiful. I picked this place after looking at almost 20 different places to stay since we were coming for a wedding and didn’t know the area. Now that I have stayed here, I believe I would have kicked myself if missed out on staying here. It’s 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, me and my 83 year old mother walked to the beach so it’s not a bad walk. There’s eating places around and it’s calming and lovely with little wild rabbits here and there that can be seen while walking to your room where the walkway is like a pier feel. It was pretty at night with the lighting and the bed was so nice my mom said she hasn’t slept that good in weeks. Easy check in and check out, the lady that was cleaning was super friendly and helpful. I have zero complaints and wish they had a place like this where I normally go in the summer.

Great location- great service!

Overall cottage was excellent. I rated it 4 for cleanliness because of the microwave being dirty. But overall I would stay here again! Great location and easy to get to the beach. Betsy at the front desk was awesome and my daughter, dog and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Price is fair but Cleaning needs to be better.

Great location, very cozy and comfortable but if you are a clean freak you may want to consider somewhere else. Good for the price. Second time being here and both times not the cleanest.

This is the second time staying here for the Shrimp Fest weekend. The cottages are small but cute. It’s walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. We had an issue and they were helpful and accommodating.

Fernandina Beach Stay

The Sea Cottages were perfect for our short stay in Fernandina Beach. The cottage was a great studio unit, very clean, and within walking distance of the beach. It was everything we needed on this trip.

Good Location & Love for Pets

We were just staying overnight so the one room efficiency was adequate but a bit underwhelming. The office attendants were semi-friendly and the bathroom had a couple of leaks. Oh well!

Adorable Cottage with a short walk to the beach

My wife and I spent a couple of days in the Seaside Cottages and absolutely loved it. The room was well appointed with what we needed and was just a short walk to the beach. We drive a 4x4 Jeep and the closest access point to the beach included the ability to drive on the beach with a 4x4, so that was super convenient.The location is near several restaurants and a short 10 minute drive to downtown Fernandina. This enabled us to easily move back and forth to enjoy whatever we wanted to in the area.We loved our stay and will be back again!

What a nice find - Cottages of Amelia Island

Although it was just a one night stay traveling through the area, I am planning to return for multiple days in the fall. Great location, easy check in and clean. I would have preferred my bed to be softer, less firm, but not a deal breaker.

Would book here again

Property owner sent a text and then called about a half hour later making sure we got her message. She was very friendly and explained how to get in since we were arriving late. The cottage was very nice. Would definitely book again!
