Sue Casa is a 1200 sq. ft. home located in a neighborhood in Jacksonville Beach.

You will have the entire home to yourself, with private driveway parking.

Family visit
This was a return trip and this was again everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Our family was close by as well as the convenience of the beach. Our host was very helpful and professional. We will be returning for sure!

Perfect Place!
This was a perfect little home! The location was close to everything. The house was well stocked and clean. I am impressed with the quality of the paper products, soaps, and the comfort of the beds and pillows. We felt very at home. The back yard was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the canal. We watched the cranes fishing for their supper from the deck. So cool. We will stay again. Nick is a wonderful host!

Perfect Mother Daughters Weekend
This property was amazing!! The fall decorations and welcome note with cookies and banana bread were an awesome personal touch :) We had everything we could possibly need in this super clean, cute, and well stocked home away from home, with a nice back deck to enjoy the view of the water. We were a short Uber ride from Fin Fest at Jacksonville Beach where we spent the day enjoying the festival, walking on the fishing pier, eating lunch at Margaritaville and then we walked to Wick N Twisted to dodge the rain and make some candles. Arriving back at our home away from home we played games and streamed movies on the big screen TV. Thanks for everything Nicholas!!

Perfect home and amenities
The home is beautiful. The rooms, including bedrooms are spacious and provide all the amenities that one needs when I had a question, the owner responded immediately. It is also the perfect location If you are going to the beach, looking for a supermarket or somewhere to eat, shopping, or need to be there for medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic.

Best VRBO ever
There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. The home is so perfectly equipped and clean and beautiful. The water front deck is so relaxing. This house has more than everything you would expect. Most of my stays are disappointing but this one did not. It even has a king size bed with an adjustable mattress. Nick is such an amazing host. He answers every question immediately and truly wants your stay to be 5 star. Also, great neighbors in a very nice area.

This was our 6th time in 2 yrs to stay with this Host.. It is always an enjoyable stay..Even though we came as Tropical Storm Debby visited the beach we got stay in and relax.. Mom always decorates so cute and she made sure we had candles and flashlights and a lighter in case power went out..We love the house and the Hosts..Nick is just a call away.

My husband and I stayed here for our son’s wedding this weekend and we truly loved our stay. Nick had the house all lit up for us because we arrived around dusk. The home was very welcoming and the wine and cookies were a thoughtful touch.

We loved our stay here! The host was very attentive prior and during our stay. The house was beautiful and we loved its location. The host does a superb job making sure guests have the best experience. From thouroughly cleaning the house, to small details for things to do when iside the home. It was indeed perfection.

Fantastic Stay!!
My family and I stayed here for 1 week and it was such a wonderful experience! Nick provided everything we needed & the home was clean & spacious and in a quiet, safe neighborhood! The back yard was our favorite spot - where it overlooked some water and offered such a peaceful setting! We would 100% stay here again and will tell anyone traveling to Jax about it! Thanks Nick!

Very comfortable place to stay near the Mayo clinic
We thoroughly enjoyed this house within a 10 minute drive to Mayo. Nice quiet neighborhood that is just as close to the beach. Home has everything you expect and more, even some nice surprises welcoming us on arrival. Super clean with quality linens and fixtures, nicely decorated. We loved the coffee bar and really appreciate the host’s attention to detail, obviously wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay. A home away from home! We would surely stay here again.

Family Graduation/ wedding
We travelled from Ohio for our granddaughters high school graduation and our daughters wedding.the location was close to all venues and homes! We travelled with our 7 year rescue dog, her first trip! The back yard was absolutely perfect for her and the scenery was beautiful . we spent most evenings on the deck listening to the night sounds! The grill was a great extra bonus to grill cobia for dinner.The kitchen was well stocked for cooking as well. Needless to say we loved this house and Nick the host was so accommodating and friendly. We plan on staying here again to visit our family!!

Excellent Cottage!
Completely top notch! Beautiful & very clean, comfortable & close to everwhere we wanted/needed to go. The backyard setup is a wonderful place to sit and unwind. Nick is an excellent host! We hope it's available for our next Mayo visit!
