**Parking Limit:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Parking passes will be provided for reservations that fall on the annual car show as well as the 4th of July.
***Cancellation:
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 5% of the deposit. If reservation is canceled with less than 30-day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.
