This property is perfect to enjoy the whole area, 1 mile to Fernandina beaches/restaurants and 3.5 miles to Amelia Island Historic District. Plenty of nearby activities such as hiking, boating, sightseeing, and kayaking. Soak in the sunrises on the beach or sunsets over the intercoastal. Great for entertaining!
This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has coastal, serene vibes. Bring the whole family to our cozy serene home with lots of space for some relaxation and fun.
Walk into an open kitchen, dining, and living area with vaulted ceilings. Cook in the oversized kitchen with large island while others relax in the open living area and dining area.
Bedrooms are tucked away down the hall to the right when you enter the home. To the right of the hall there are 2 bedrooms complete with queen beds, dressers, closets, fresh linens, nightstands, bedside lamps, and a 43" smart tv. At the end of the hall is a full bathroom shared for those 2 bedrooms. The bedroom to the left is the master bedroom with large closet, king size bed, dresser, nightstands with lamps, smart TV, and attached bathroom.
The backyard features a large deck with shaded dining table outside the kitchen and seating outside of the master bedroom. During the cooler months, light a fire in the outdoor firepit and enjoy the twinkling cafe lights.

Set in the heart of Amelia Island in a residential area, this house is 1 mile from the Beach and very close to the historical downtown that is full of local restaurants, bars, and shops.
Best to have car rental or Uber. Bike rentals are available through bike Amelia!
Pet Fees do apply: $25 per night per pet, discounts for weekly and monthly stays.
PETS: Pets are welcome but the pet fee is $200. Undisclosed pets result in a $200 fee on top of the required pet fee. A separate charge will be sent to you once the pets are disclosed.
TRASH: Picked up Thursday morning, if you are staying at this property Wednesday night if you would be so kind to bring the trash cans to the curb and return them after Trash pick up Thursday.
SMOKING: NOT allowed in the house. If you smoke please do so outside, away from open doors or windows. Please dispose of all butts properly. There is a $500 smoking/cleaning fee.
CANCELLATIONS: We understand that things happen that is why we have a moderate cancellation policy. You can cancel up to 5 nights before check-in and receive a full refund.
PARKING: There is no paved driveway but the parking area is clearly marked in front of the gate to the left of the house. Do not park on the street or in the grass in front of the house.
PARTIES: No large parties. All hours are quiet hours and please respect the neighbors.
Additional Rules: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back...
Groundskeeping: Please be aware that we regularly maintain the grounds and utilities of this property, and though we make every effort to provide advance notice, service times often vary; this may include noise disturbances such as lawn mowing, irrigation, and pool/spa maintenance (if present at this property).
